My review has been over 10 years in the making. (Not joking) I chose to wait to not "blackball"…read moremyself from obtaining a job, I suppressed my response until now. I've seen Dr. Clifford Saxxe over 3x for multiple jobs in the last 10 years. On the initial written exam, I did not understand a question, when I asked a proctor she told me if you don't understand a question mark "YES" on the exam that way you can discuss it in the Interveiw. I followed instructions, once in the interview as we came to that topic she scolded me like I was a 5 year old child doing something horrible, only giving me 2 min respond and the Interveiw was over. 2 years later I took a test again this time I said "NO" on the exam. Once in the Interveiw she read her notes from the first interview. EVERYTHING she wrote down was 100% incorrect. She never listened to what I said from the 1st interview, then called me a liar and said I was being deceitful. I knew at that point this was a dead end. I paid a pretty penny for a 3rd party psychologist who evaluated me in the same manner. I never told this other Dr. It was Clifford Saxxe I was having issues with. He figured it out all on his own, plus had a few words to say which I will not speak for him but correlate with this review. I ended up going a 3rd time 6 years later, knowing what I know from the two previous attempts. I was prepared, answered appropriately. Once we came the topic, again I confronted her on her notes and shared my piece of mind (respectfully). I was railroaded, She showed no interest in listening, and basically took my 4-6 hrs of testing that day and just called the Interveiw in under 10 min. Fortunately I over came this obstacle and obtained my job with persistence, but because of one simple answer on an exam I didn't understand and following her offices directions it cost me 3 agencies and 10 years of a career I could have easily obtained. It's unfortunate that this occurred and cost me time, money and opportunity to further my career. I hope this finds Dr. Clifford Saxxe in good health, I have no I'll will towards her, but do wish that she would reevaluate her stance on how she tests candidates. Many good men and woman work hard to obtain their dreams and goals. Take a few extra minutes to listen, be accurate and not change peoples stories or timelines to fit your narrative or judgment on candidates. Respectfully

I had seen many therapists before and they would either ghost me or try and force me back on medications because nobody knew how to help me.
