I get so sad when I see all the 1 Star reviews because they are so far off from what Medskinessentials is. Medskinessentials has been NOTHING but 10/10 for me! I refer all my family and friends here, I go to Mirna for my lips and my mom goes for her botox! Mirna is so educated and passionate about her practice. She never overfills or does more than what she needs. She even offers to put the extra filler in other areas so it doesnt go to waste! It's always clean, staff is always so friendly and nice. I love this place so so much, I even went to their open house last year! I've been several times by myself & just tagging along with friends, and never had anything less than a 5 Star Experience. I will continue to refer all my friends, clients and family! They are a little more on the pricey end compared to some spa's in the area, but I would never go anywhere else because of how great of an experience it is. read more

Be careful how you book your appointment. I booked a late afternoon, but Aileen had a 60 minute window between her last appointment and mine. First, a tech called to ask if I could come in 2 hours earlier than my appointment, but my work made it impossible to do so I kept my original appointment. Do not use this business. Unprofessional staff. Terrible condescending behavior even prior to initial appointment. Never got the chance to meet Aileen. Receptionist got pushy over the phone regarding sending pictures before video consultation. I don't see the point of this if I haven't even met the aesthetician and haven't decided whether i want to use their service. The purpose of a consultation is to do just that. I'm not ready to send pictures to a business I don't know!!!! Chanel, the scheduler got offended by my refusal. Manager cancelled appt. This is why they have 8 reviews. Please take your business elsewhere ladies and gents. They will waste your time. They did refund the deposit which they have to anyway since they cancelled. So happy I found Aayesha! Had my lips done as well as some Botox in my forehead area. This was my first time having a cosmetic procedure done like this and she made me feel very comfortable. Mirna is the most amazing injector I have ever been to. I have been getting filler/neurotoxins now for around 9 years and I have never met anyone as talented. We started our journey together by dissolving my old filler (if you had this done it's very painful) however, she used a dental block and was so gental that I barely felt anything. I usually bruise so bad, but with her talent, I barely did. She truly has a beautiful aura about her and makes you feel so comfortable. Not worth coming here to waist your time & money. My appointment was at 12:30pm & I showed up at 12:10pm (on time) & I waited patiently inside the room for about 30-35min as Mirna finally showed up. Keep in mind I arrived early & she showed up late to assist me. Not only did she arrive late she made me feel rushed by saying " we are running out of time I need you to decide on a treatment ". Let me tell you, there was no "risk" involved! I am so happy I booked that appointment, so much so that I followed her from that medpsa to MedSkin Essentials! I honestly don't think I could trust another team of skilled nurses with my lips! I have had both Mirna & Aileen, & have loved my results each time! They make it a completely painless experience, & are so delicate! The facility is so beautiful & the staff is incredibly sweet & accommodating. One thing I really appreciate is that they aren't all about sales & money, I have asked Nurse Mirna in the past if she felt I could use more of this or that & she has always been honest & transparent with me. If I could rate this place 0 stars I definitely would. I had an appointment booked at this medical spa and arrived 10 minutes early since it was my first time there. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 and was not taken back until 2:40! I had seen Aileen for my service for lip filler and she finished my whole service including a consult in the begging in 35 minutes. It felt very rushed and I was very concerned considering I was scheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes. You can tell she was rushing because she mentioned she had another appointment after me. On top of that, they need to learn how to treat their staff. When I walked out and was waiting to check out up front two girls were going over something on their computer. Aileen then proceeded to come out of the room and they were all discussing something. Aileen and another girl were talking to the front desk receptionist who checked me out in a very disrespectful way. I felt so bad because she was so nice and patient when checking me out especially since I had so many questions. They definitely need to learn how to treat their clients and their staff!
