Dr. Hardesty did my remove and replace breast augmentation on July 3rd. I am 6 days post op and I feel AMAZING! From the 1st moment I walked into his office to get my consultation, to the moment I left the surgery center, they treated me like family. I had 12 year old saline implants, and one had ruptured in April due to a mammogram. When I went for my consultation, Dr Hardesty was professional, caring and listened to all my concerns and what I was hoping my final look to be. I went with the "gummies" which I highly recommend. The entire office staff is amazing: sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. Narsel, the nurse, spent a lot of time with me making sure I got the perfect size for me and my body frame and that I was 100% happy. Elizabeth was wonderful about explaining the financial process, and the whole staff remembered who I was after only one visit. I was nervous the day of surgery, but the staff and Dr Hardesty put me at ease. I could not possibly be more pleased with my results! They look exactly as I imagined and had explained to Dr the look I was going for. My pain was very minimal, I have next to no bruising, and I was up and moving the day of surgery with no issues (still following Dr's orders, of course). Unfortunately I got a beyond botched boob job :( I am a young single mom who had been wanting a breast augmentation for years!!! I always wished I could wear dresses that showed cleavage but never had the big boobs for them. I saved up for years and when I was just $1500 short I sold my car so I can get this augmentation done. So you can understand how badly I wanted this. Getting my surgery done here has been my biggest life regret. Not only did I lose $8,000 that I spent years saving but I'm disfigured and mutilated on both of my breast PERMANTLY because I can't afford to get this corrected by someone else. I wasn't self conscious before, I just wanted bigger boobs and now I'm so self conscious I can't even wear a top that shows cleavage without people seeing my mutilation. I can't get intimate with people because of this.. I can't wear bikinis... this surgery has made me cry myself to sleep many nights. Immediately after my surgery I noticed the implant on my left breast fell out of out the breast pocket. I texted Dr. Hardesty a picture and he told me I had a 80% chance it would correct itself without me needing surgery again. The next thing I noticed was I had a huge crease on the right side of my breast. It looks hideous. He told me there's nothing he can do about the crease because it's "the anatomy of my body" that's the problem not the boob job and he said he would try his best to make it look better. After 8 months passed it was finally time for my second surgery by Dr. Hardesty so he could fix the issues. I was so excited for this date I waited 8 long months!! I was counting down the months then the weeks and then the days! I was so happy to finally get them fixed I cried the day of my surgery because I thought finally I don't have to feel ugly and embarrassed! I couldn't afford anesthesia I could only afford the surgery where I was awake (THANK GOD) because after he finished and sutured me back up, I looked in the mirror and had a panic attack because the breast with the crease looked 5x worse than before. He told me it was because he put extra sutures in and that there's a chance the crease would go away once the sutures dissolved by why would I risk that?? Why would I risk the crease being worse and not going away just like it didn't go away the first time when he told me I had a 80% my other breast would correct itself. I couldn't trust his chances. So he opened me back up for a 3rd time to attempt to make the crease less noticeable. My left breast now looks okay but my right breast still has a ugly crease and on top of that now my nipple is completely pointing to the left and is on the left side of my boob. It looks worse than before. My left nipple is still lifted and perfectly centered so when you look at both my boobs at the same time you see one normal one and the other one is so uneven with the nipple way lower by inches and all the way to the side of the boob. My nipple wasn't messed up like this after my first surgery by him just my second one. So not only do you see the ugly crease but you see completely unsymmetrical and uneven nipples. In the pictures I've attached you'll see my before picture at the end. Through my entire experience Dr.Hardesty was also very forgetful. He would tell me one thing at one visit and then totally contradict himself and tell me something opposite at the next visit and this happened often. I recommend he takes notes during each appointment so he can remember what was discussed.. out of the 15 times I was at his office he only took notes my first visit and the visit right before my surgery. That made me feel not important because I felt like he was always in a rush and kept trying to seem like my major concerns were no big deal because there was a chance they would correct themselves and if not he would do his best to fix it. He also told me he doesn't know why the crease is there and my breast never had a crease before the surgery. Since he worked on my right breast 3 times I now have nerve damage. Anytime something touched my right side I get a shocking pain and same thing when I try lifting my arm up I get the same shocking pain in my breast. I put my trust into imagine plastic surgery and now all I can imagine is getting my breasts fixed one day. :( read more

This place is great at promising what you want to hear. The younger girls are at no fault but who you talk to when having a consultation I would Not believe. I got sucked into them being really nice, and them saying my price was good for a bbl. I was told to give pics to Dr. Of how i would like to look. I have had lipo before and i was not heavy just needed a little bit of fat off to apply to butt. I wanted a bigger butt, NOT wide butt as in the 3 pictures i gave to Dr. Per his request. I ended up with a hard tummy for over a year and was told once the hardness goes away i can have my 3 Vellashape 3 treatments. Fast forward, still have some hardness and unevenness in tummy and small rolls on back and bra lines. It looks like no lipo was done, however something had to of happened while i was out because i have scars. The only thing i would say that there is a difference in is my wide butt, which makes me look fat! So this is what i am left with: wide butt, hard and uneven tummy and rolls on backside. They No longer have vellashape OR skin tightening machines available. When i spoke w Elizabeth she said i didnt pay for the 3 treatments of Vellashape it was just something they threw in but because people were not getting good results they no longer offer it. Funny, because before i spoke w Elizabeth i was told machine broke down. Either way, i couldn't get these 3 treatments. That would have been maybe ok if they offered ANYTHING in exchange for my loss. All i got was, im sorry, no we dont offer anything like that here. They wouldnt even offer a facial which cost FAR less. Please save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. There are places in the IE and Palm Desert that are better and cheaper! I should've listened to the negative reviews of this place, which btw, i was told they take off, so hopefully my post stays up long enough to help someone. Honestly though, please go somewhere else. I had a brest augmentation done in January, 2022 after years of wanting to get it done. I'm a young mom of 4 and after breastfeeding/pregnancies my breasts changed drastically, I hated them as much as I tried not to. I finally decided to just go for it, and started looking for a local surgeon. I came across Dr. Hardesty and Imagine Plastic Surgery through Google. I really liked the before and after photos and the website was very informative. I set up my online consultation after texting Elizabeth that day. During the consultation, the process was explained, my questions were answered, and that was it, I had my day for surgery set! It was much easier than I had anticipated, and stressed about it all of those years for nothing. I have anxiety, so I expected to be very anxious the day of my surgery. Surprisingly I wasn't, and I did not even need to take the anxiety medicine. Not what I asked for at all,have been extremely disappointed for years. breathing is more difficult as well, from my experience would not recommend and unfortunately it's not an easy fix. Procedure done: Breast Implant Removal, Total Capsulectomy and Breast Lift Here I am sharing my experience with Dr. Hardesty and staff: I called and spoke with Elizabeth (scheduler) to schedule my consult with Dr. Hardesty. She was very nice and friendly over the phone. She explained the expectations for my consultation and made me feel very at ease. My consultation was scheduled a month away but was placed on a waiting list and was seen sooner. After meeting Dr. Hardesty (virtually), I was impressed by the amount of information he provided me with. This was my 2nd surgeon consultation. He was very detailed on the process. Mind you, I was removing my implants due to weird symptoms I was experiencing related to BII. He was very supportive and wasn't shocked as to the reason. He made me feel very comfortable about my decision. After my consultation, I was able to schedule my surgery with Elizabeth right after. Surgery was about a month and a half later. The surgery center is right next to his office. On surgery day, I was very nervous and with mixed emotions. I met the anesthesiologist and Dr. Hardesty before entering the OR. Dr. Hardesty offered to say a quick prayer before surgery, which made me feel VERY at ease! Surgery was about 3 1/2 hours, it was longer than expected. The nurses there were super nice and attentive. My recovery was not easy! You need some help at home for the first week. The drains are no joke. I didn't have drains for my BA so I didn't expect for these to be an issue. They make recovery so much harder. And when they are removed, man, that's not fun. Besides all the complications, Dr. Hardesty was beside me all the time. All his patients have his cell phone number in case of an emergency, which I had to use on a weekend. He's very caring and kind. Thought-out my recovery, I had to visit his office in Riverside numerous times. From his front desk to his PA, they are all very friendly, kind and accommodating. His nurse, Narsel, is amazing. Dr. Hardesty is an amazing plastic surgeon. As I grew older and my nose changed , the discomfort from my deviated septum became more and more apparent. Over time the septum would grow to press on the left side of my nose , creating a tight space that would dry out , ulcerate and cause immense discomfort for me , daily. I ended up at one point going through my insurance to have an ENT doctor perform a Septoplasty to try to help relieve the deviation and discomfort. That operation failed , and the deviation of my septum ended up worse than before. After a time of healing , I searched far and wide , had multiple consultations with plastic surgeons around California in attempt to find a surgeon who could fix this problem of mine. Since Dr. Hardesty had done a rhino Septoplasty on a relative of mine years ( maybe a decade ago ) and it was a huge success , I decided to have Dr. Hardesty perform a rhinoseptoplasty to attempt to relieve the deviation of the septum and to straighten and contour my nose aesthetically. IM SO GLAD I DID! I have never experienced breathing this well in my life. The surgery was a huge success and I'm ecstatic. No more pain in my nose. No mire difficulty breathing. Dr. Hardesty performed my breast lift/implants & underarm lipo 1 year ago. I knew my breasts would change and settle so I waited to post this review. Most of the before/after pictures are from the 6 week post op appointment. So I don't know that they are all accurate. I wanted to give an honest review that would have been helpful for me to read when doing my own research. Our initial consultation was positive overall. I knew I wanted some lipo around my bra strap/back fat area and a breast lift after breastfeeding my 3 kids. I went in as a size 36D. I was very clear and adamant that I did not want to be bigger. Perkiness was my main goal but I didn't want to look fake and obvious. I knew that I'd have scarring from the lift and I was fine with that. As long as I could have the perkiness. I felt like Dr. Hardesty listened to all my concerns. He answered all my questions. His opinion is that in order to achieve upper pole fullness that I desired I would also need implants. I was fine with that. I brought pictures to my next appointment of desired looks and had tested out different implant sizes at home with the rice method. I felt like 300cc was the maximum size I'd be happy with. Dr. Hardesty came in and this appointment felt much quicker and a little rushed. He already had a size in mind for me. His recommendation was a full anchor lift with 420cc implants. I was in agreement about the full lift, but very nervous about the size. He assured me it was exactly what I wanted. After he left the room I texted a friend who is similar height/body structure and has implants (D+ cup size) and she only had 280cc's. I was concerned and felt very nervous about the size. I spoke with a nurse who agreed that seemed large for me, especially since my goal was not to be bigger than a D cup. I sat down with the office manager and she spoke with Dr. and we agreed to go down to 365cc (under the muscle) and still do the full anchor lift. The day of surgery came and it all went smoothly. I woke up and found out we finished over an hour early because Dr. Hardesty did not end up performing the full anchor lift. He said I ended up only needing a donut lift. No refund was offered for the difference in price (donut vs. anchor & less time in OR). But I didn't even think about it until a friend pointed it out to me recently. I never reached out to the office about it. I opted for the pain pump which worked great. Recovery wasn't fun, but it wasn't terrible, either. The worst part for me was trying to sleep on my back propped up and it was hard needing help for 6 weeks since you can't lift and have limited mobility. I have little kids so it was frustrating at times. But I kept in mind that it would be worth it. During recovery I had a direct number to Dr. Hardesty and felt like he and his office staff were very attentive. I broke out in a weird rash 1 week post op (we think it was a reaction to the anesthesia?) and they got me in right away and prescribed a steroid which cleared it up. I was overall happy at my 6 week post op appointment. They were perky but looked natural. I was now a 34DD. I felt like they were a little bigger than I wanted, but I didn't hate it. Dr. Hardesty asked how my experience was and I felt a little put on the spot. He asked me to write a review and post about it. While my breasts are better than pre-surgery (there is volume to push up vs. before) I'm disappointed. They've fallen significantly over the past year. I can feel the ripple in the bottom of the implants. I definitely need to wear a full support bra, or they will look low/saggy. Perkiness was my biggest goal and they are not. To be fair, Dr. Hardesty has a policy that if you aren't satisfied within the first year he will do a revision and only charge the cost of the OR and anesthesia. I have not reached out to him or his office and have no reason to believe they wouldn't have followed through on that policy. At this point spending more $$, going through another surgery and the 6 weeks of recovery seem to be more trouble than it's worth. Also, if he didn't give me what I wanted in the first place, I don't know that I want to give him another chance. So, overall- my breasts are not "botched" but after the amount of money spent and recovery time- I am disappointed. They are not what I was hoping for and already need a revision. I'm not disgruntled or angry over it- just trying to be honest read more

Please do not go under the knife with this doctor. After going to several board-certified plastic surgeon's with consults, Dr. Hardesty was both the most expensive and the one that seem to have the best plan. His confidence convinced me that he was the best. A year later, I've had to have a repair surgery with another doctor to fix the hatchet job that this doctor did on my body. Do not let this man operate on your body unless you want hideous scars, a very expensive initial surgery, and future repair surgeries to fix the work that he does. I had my procedure done with Dr Hardesty about three months ago I had it liposuction on my abdomen and love handles. First and foremost the nurse whose name I cannot remember was a darling she was such a sweetheart called me the night before and literally walked me through every step Of the way and made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. Their customer service is amazing, but of course when they put a dent in your wallet that's what should be expected. I'm a little disappointed because it was my first time getting anything done, went in knowing nothing. All I wanted was Botox I really didn't need much and ended up leaving $1800 spent! I have high check bones and didn't need fillers but I was convinced to get fillers and Botox. After a few days I hated my face. My face was huge! Looked too big because of all the fillers, literally spent weeks massaging all the filler out w hyloronic acid and other things. So upset!
