When I explained I was there for a consultation for facial balancing, I was repeatedly asked if I was going to get the procedure done that same day. I clarified that I was only there for a consultation, as discussed when booking. Then I was told the consultation would actually cost $50, which was never clearly explained beforehand (I was only told about a $25paperwork fee). The lack of transparency, constant pressure, and unprofessional behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. I decided to leave rather than spend money at a place that didn't make me feel welcomed or respected. I would not recommend this business. Customer service matters, especially when services can cost over $1,000, and this place did not meet expectations.

They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional.
