It was my first time appointment here and try to do the Microneedling treatment . But unfortunately I didn't make it on time cause the traffic . But I will give this spa one star just because the front desk service is poor . My appointment time is at 5pm . The girl who works at the front desk called me at 5:26 pm and ask me if I still coming . I told her I'm on my way and will be there in 8 minutes . But she didn't tell me that I cannot do the treatment . So I used 1.5 hours to get there , she tell me I cannot do the treatment cause I'm late , but I still can purchase it right now and reschedule it . And she acts like that was my fault . And also said Even i wait until the next client finish , they still don't have times for me . I meant if she call me at my appointment time and tell me about that , I would happy to purchase the package over the phone and turn back home . But she just makes me wasted my times to go there only for purchase ? read more

My mom and I love this spa. We come at least twice a month for facials and massages. All the gals who work here are sweet and willing to talk if you want to talk or keep quiet if you prefer silence. My favorite aesthetician is Sadie - - she is very gentle and thorough. My mom adores Kristi who has former touch. We both are huge fans of Yolanda and her hot oil and miracle working fingers for massage!!! This spot is also great because the facials take place in pods that can vibrate and add heat. It makes for a unique experience. They also offer member prices which can reduce the price of a massage or facial. I have also had several areas lasered at Spa 810. Most of the areas were 100% pain-free and I have not seen hair regrowth. I have been going to this spa for about two years when I originally got a groupon for a massage and facial. I have always gotten wonderful massages and facials. The facials smell wonderful too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great deals when you are on their mailing list! I wish I could go more often but I live about 45 minutes away. :( read more

Seriously what an amazing find. Yesterday I randomly looked for a spa close that had spots. I had a super refreshing call with (Ellen) I think who literally is amazing. She is so good at her job. Her amazingness continued at my check in, check out, helping a man who came in that fell onto a cactus, acknowledging others as they came in while assisting me. She was so good. Didn't sell me on random crap I don't need, was thoughtful inquisitive and did a quick way and derma-plane to scrape off my dead skin and peach fuzz. They carry Skinceuticals and Eminence and bunch of other great stuff. My fave was glowing when I left, I didn't feel like I bought a bunch of crap I didn't need and I am so excited to keep going back and trying new services! What a gem! my dad and i are visiting arizona and decided to get facials! it was both of ours first times and we ended up at spa810. the price was amazing for the value for the service! the procedure included either eyebrow wax or tweeze, included cleansing, steaming, different masks for your skin type, microdermabrasion, extracts, moisturizers, and a complete relaxation! we loved it! the esthetician's were so nice and helpful if youwanted product suggestions afterwards. the vicinity of the spa was amazing as well. it was relaxing and not to crowded(as some spas are). i would highly recommend!!! we will definitely be back here next time we are in arizona! read more

Bought a crazy good deal on hair removal on Groupon, for this spa not too far from where I live. Got a pretty good deal, as I bought the Groupon for a small area, which happened to include the underarms, which most packages, underarms are a medium area. Was able to schedule within a few days of buying my Groupon, and was seen by Katelyn for my first visit. She was very sweet, and i felt very comfortable right from the beginiing, as she explained everything prior to and during the actual service. Was checked out quickly and was able to reschedule my next appointment at a convenient time. Sometime when I try to use the Groupons I purchase, either I feel like the service/product is lacking because of the reduced price, or I feel like I am being treated differently than a full paying client, but that's not how I felt at all here. I always tip on the regular price, usually more especially if I get really good customer service, which I did from Katelyn. Can't speak to the effectiveness of the laser hair removal yet, as I've only had 1 appointment, but the customer service deserve's to be recognized. read more

Great family owned spa! I am a member and try to get a monthly massage and facial. The staff is very professional and I always feel great after my services. I like the product lines they carry as well. I recommend the spa. The reasons I can't give 5 stars is that I often have trouble seeing my massage therapist of choice without many weeks advance apt, and had one bad massage experience ( with a therapist who apparently doesn't work there anymore...yay) I also wasn't told to shave prior to my first laser hair removal apt. I've been going to Spa 810 for 18 months, and there is a reason why I never leave without making sure I've booked my next appt. I just went to this place on Friday to get what I thought a hydrating facial, like 100 facials I've had before. I got Stephanie and it was the WORST facial I ever had. First, she jus started putting wax on me without saying anything and I had to stop her telling her I burn then she stopped. Then she did a microdermabrasion treatment on me, something I did not ask for again and since I never had one done i asked her about it twice during the procedure and she simply replied it was very gentle. She even did it on my neck. She did not even ask me about my skin and didn't explain what could happen after the treatment. She doesn't know anything about my skin and to do such an invasive treatment is not professional in my mind. Needless to say, my face and neck that night and next 2 days was sooooo bright red and swollen and very sensitive it was horrible!! I think she over exfoliated me, she did it too long! I planned to go hiking the next day and because of this facial I had to stay home all weekend! I normally never write a negative comment but feel nobody should have to go through this! However, I have to say Christie at the salon was very nice and soooo helpful. She was awesome, when i went back to ask them for something to help my face, she listened to me and Ellen called me later to see how I was doing and told me Christie said to give me her cell number to let her know if I needed anything and I did because on the second day my face was worst! The salon was closed on Sunday and she offered to meet me at the salon to look at my face. She and Ellen came and helped me out tremendously. Christie even texted and called the physician they work with which helped a lot. If you do go here, my suggestion is to ask for Christie, she is awesome! and be very careful if you happen to get Stephanie! read more
