She was apprehensive because she had another appointment in 38 minutes, but they agreed to take me. When I showed Emily the reference pictures of my hair that I wanted (couple inches off and was considering bangs) her reaction was a flat, discouraging "oh wow". I normally have a great time coming here for walk in's and the stylists are usually extremely eager to help and ask collaborative questions. She overall gave the impression that she did not want to do my hair and made me feel uncomfortable for wanting to try something new. I walked out before she began to touch my hair, because I will go where I'm appreciated not tolerated. I hope she gets spoken to about how she single-handedly lost business and her conduct.
