I told them I was not aware of any dent because there wasn't one before my visit. He then sent me a picture of it. I called back and explained that the dent was not there prior to bringing my car in, but he continued denying responsibility. When I arrived to pick up my car, he still refused to admit fault and apparently had no camera footage or proof. I'm beyond pissed. The dent is in a terrible spot on a curved panel, so now I'm looking at over $1,000 in repairs. The tint itself looks great, but the sketchiness of this situation completely ruined the experience.
