There's a great balance of CBT/DBT theory, skills practice, creative expression, group therapy, and individual therapy (and no, you don't need to know what any of those mean, you'll learn as you go :) ). The psycho-education talks on the gastrointestinal tract, memory, sleep, and psychiatric medication are especially fascinating!
