I have been trying to get my medication filled since 4/24 after my appointment. Anytime I write a review I get an automated reply saying "sorry, someone is working on this case" - But that's false. Nobody is "actively working on my case." This issue has been ongoing since 4/24, and it is now 4/28 - the last update I got was on 4/25, saying "Sorry for the delay." I call customer service and they just say my provider is so busy with over patients. I'm happy he gets to help so many people, but I wish I could receive the treatment and care I pay for. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a medical service. It felt completely unprofessional from start to finish. For my first appointment, I waited over an hour with no response. I kept calling customer service and was told to wait, but even after more than three hours there was still no resolution. Later I received an email asking me to reschedule, with no explanation at all. Since I had already paid $195 and my situation was urgent, this caused a lot of stress and anxiety. I scheduled a second appointment. This time the doctor showed up on time, but the technical setup was terrible. I joined early with a stable internet connection and working equipment, but the doctor couldn't hear me. After about 20 minutes of troubleshooting, I could hear him, but the audio was extremely unclear and cutting in and out, likely due to very low-quality equipment. I could barely understand anything. The evaluation itself was extremely brief--just a few basic questions--and I was quickly diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed 10mg Adderall. I later spoke with my primary care doctor, who strongly recommended an in-person evaluation, saying that such a short and unclear assessment is not sufficient for a proper diagnosis, especially considering the potential side effects of the medication. It got worse. I received a message that my prescription was ready, but when I went to the pharmacy, they told me it had been canceled. I called customer service again, and this time I finally got through--only to be told I needed to book another appointment with the same doctor and pay an additional $150. I asked for the doctor's notes since I couldn't clearly hear the consultation. They told me I needed to sign a consent form. I did--twice. The first time they rejected my signature, and the second time I provided a fully handwritten version matching my ID, and they still refused to release the notes. At this point, I'm left with no answers, no proper documentation, no medication, and being asked to pay even more money for another questionable appointment. When I asked for a refund, I was refused in a rude and dismissive manner. I'm honestly not sure if this is just extreme incompetence or something worse, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I have been diagnosed for over 20 years and medicated- the doctor would not fill my meds- but would fill for anyone else? This company is really screwing with my mental health right now I really feel judged and offended to see how you advertise. I did both appointments, 30 days apart, and received an email saying your letter is on its way. Two weeks go by without an update, so I follow up. I get an automated reply saying my concern has been shared with the team, but still no update on my letter, whether it be a date, or simply that I did not qualify. I followed up two times after that with the same experience. Do not use Medvidi for ESA letters. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company, since I did not receive the service I paid for. WHOOOSH . . . did you see that? That was my last bit of faith in the medical machine shooting into the sky thanks to MEDvidi! I am a 69 year old man and have never been on ANY medications, have a well balanced diet, plenty of exercise, but have been suffering with insomnia and anxiety for at least a decade. Lately it has gotten so bad I am living in a daily fog from lack of sleep. Wife said I needed to do something; getting an appointment with any doctor in our area is at least 2-3 months out, so I thought I'd give MEDvidi a try. Within seconds of the start of the interview I knew this wasn't going to go well. This "mental health professional" was clearly an angry person and annoyed with even having to talk to me. Several times she put her face in her hand ("facepalmed") as if she was thinking "why must I be subjected to this?" Her grasp of the English language was so poor that I had to keep asking her to repeat sentences, and each time she YELLED her poor language louder as if that would make it better, obviously growing more angry. At one point she asked what I had done to alleviate the issues, and after a long list of remedies (exercise, meditation, etc.) I casually mentioned I'd even tried Kratom because it's legal in my state. This woman flew into what can only be described as a RAGE, and even tried to tell me Kratom was an opiate (which it is not, do your research.) The only way I could calm her down was to say "I only tried it and like I told you, it didn't work." The dismissive and demeaning tone continued for the rest of the interview. I'm supposed to be the one requiring mental health assistance and this person was clearly unhinged, all I could say was yes or no to her questions. She wound up prescribing two expensive medications with a long list of side effects - one of which the Mayo clinic admits doctors "don't even know how it works" - and due to the increasing mistrust with this crazy "health care professional" I canceled them both and will not be taking these poisons. Janet or Julia can save their responses, I have read all your condescending and patronizing responses to these complaints and you're like everyone else in your company, you don't care at all about helping anyone. "Health Care" has become an oxymoron, no one in this industry cares about our health, you to keep us just sick enough to keep the circle jerk between medical, big pharma, and insurance going strong. Their services are outsourced and regardless of what information you provide prior to your appointment, you have to sign a consent saying you may not be prescribed medication which makes you ineligible for a refund under any circumstances. I am not sure what process I went through or who makes the final decisions, but after reading other reviews I agree that the process is subpar and communication is the same. I was prescribed medication almost two weeks ago and the pharmacy still has not received the prescription. I have been calling everyday to see what's going on and I keep being told that the prescription is pending, however nothing seems to happen. I call today and I was told that I "picked up the prescription a week ago - and that they confirmed with the pharmacy". This is clearly B.S.. This has been an absolute bad experience for me. I saw one of the Doctors and that service was good. But the company they are using to take calls and ensure that any paperwork, documents, appointments or anything like that that you request is absolutely not professional. I need government document filled out by my doctor for my employment which is paramount. I have called multiple times and cannot get an answer other than its been forwarded to my doctor or "document manager" and I should get it today or soon. This was over 3 weeks ago. The first time it wasnt even forwarded. When I inquire on if I can speak with a manager, they outright refuse. I call almost daily and twice have been hung up on. I am very polite and professional. When I call, I have been on the line at times for an average of 15 if they answer at all. I have written multiple emails with no response. I can assure you; I have tried everything.
