However, I received a call from the driver who advised he was waiting downstairs with my meal around 3:30 pm. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. I picked up my entree, which was popping hot and proceeded to head back to my room. Upon opening the container, I found two large crab cakes, with a side of mac b cheese and cabbage. Big Moe even included a bed of yellow rice under the crab cakes. FANTASTIC! The food was sooooo GOOD! The crab cakes were made with REAL crab. Not the imitation stuff you get from some restaurants. There's one permanent BBQ place and 2 pop-up caterers on rotation/schedule. I'm feeling sluggish, BBQ is the last thing I want. But then the memories of my first Smoke Datt rib returns. It looked dry, but on that day I wanted BBQ, so dry or not I'm Fat Guy from the Spy Who Shagged Me. It was like yesterday when i went in for that bite but OH! Meat falling, tongue rejoicing. Teeth! Be gentle. This bone may look like bark (I'm exaggerating the appearance) but there was no bite.
