You are no longer allowed to come to this establishment to only dry your clothes. And I know some people don't believe this to be true but homeless people are people too. They're someone's mother, sister, brother, father, daughter cousin..... Some have just fallen the wrong way and some need some help coming back up and that sometimes is in the form of a laundromat so they can be warm and cozy and some soaking clothes from the street.... anyhow For example, my washer works at home and my dryer is broken so we wash our clothes at home and bring them here to be dried. But that is now against the rules at this establishment. I was chewed out this morning by an elderly Asian man hanging signs about how you can only wash and dry together here. What a disappointment to the community. He kept telling me it was because homeless people come in and put things in and then they have to disinfect it and I told him that was the way of the world and the way of his business. If he's going to work in a laundromat, he's going to have to expect that people are going to put things in. Sometimes that aren't the best or that are going to need some extra assistance. Not everybody has the sound mental health to understand how everything works. Extremely disappointing and extremely gas lighting by the manager. I will no longer be coming here and I hope anybody who needs to just dry their clothes won't either, because now they'll kick you out.

For four shirts it came to $48, pretty steep but mayyybe understandable if each one is being dry cleaned. I counted one, the black silk shirt that was actually dry cleaned, the rest smelled different. My main issue, my blue silk shirt came back rough to the touch, wrinkled or creased all over, and felt like sand paper. They washed it in water then pressed it with starch. Ruined the item. I just paid $30 for it off eBay so wanted it cleaned, it was perfectly fine but to be sure I wanted it cleansed before wearing. For these prices it should have came back meticulous. Alas it wasn't.
