My laundry was washed, folded, and ready for me the same day which is incredible. They folded everything neatly and in such a cute way, I was able to speed through putting my items away as soon as I got home. Protip: if you are a tipper, like me, be sure to add that at the beginning unless you carry cash, otherwise you cannot run that on your card at pick up. I plan on being a regular for the wash and fold service. Thanks again to the incredible staff for their attention to detail so I can focus on other needs!

When I opened the suitcase I saw the disaster. All clothes were new with price tags etc . These clothes are beautiful no stains got out all the marks they look so good. I am so pleased so thankful for their hard work and cleaning it. I'm not even sure how many times they had to clean, treat, etc. but they did a phenomenal job. I had pants dresses, shirts, sweaters what have you and one of my favorite dresses I had bought they got the black marks out because the suitcase is black. And they were reasonable they didn't charge me $10 in a leg which I expected to be so much. It was a reasonable cost. Oh my gosh, I can't speak of how good they are. These are my favorite cleaners in Washington and I will continue to go here.

The combination was overwhelming and honestly disgusting. Even though my items look clean, they do jot not feel clean, and now I need to figure out how to remove both the smoke smell and the chemical perfume. For a place that claims to professionally clean garments, this was incredibly disappointing. I trusted them with pieces that matter to me, and I won't be returning. I hope they address whatever is causing these odors, because this is not acceptable for a dry-cleaning business. The people are nice but the cigarette smells are coming from them.

I counted one, the black silk shirt that was actually dry cleaned, the rest smelled different. My main issue, my blue silk shirt came back rough to the touch, wrinkled or creased all over, and felt like sand paper. They washed it in water then pressed it with starch. Ruined the item. I just paid $30 for it off eBay so wanted it cleaned, it was perfectly fine but to be sure I wanted it cleansed before wearing. For these prices it should have came back meticulous. Alas it wasn't. I give one star because the guy was nice enough. Buyer beware.
