In March 2025, we purchased a Samsung refrigerator from the Lowe's in Hollister, MO. In November…read more2025--still well within the warranty period--the refrigerator stopped working. We soon discovered that there were no authorized Samsung repair technicians in our area, making it impossible to get the appliance serviced under warranty. I contacted the Lowe's appliance manager, Mitch, multiple times. During our first conversation, he appeared willing to assist. However, after that initial call, I received no follow-up whatsoever despite leaving several messages requesting a callback. To this day, we have not received a refund, a replacement, a service visit, or even a courtesy check‑in from Lowe's. Samsung has also been awful to deal with throughout this process. We will never purchase a Samsung refrigerator again. A company should not be selling products in major retailers if they cannot properly support or service them. If I could give a half‑star rating, I would. TERRIBLE customer service from both Lowe's and Samsung.
