A few people mentioned how their wax was painless. No wax is ever painless but wow, was it close! It was the most pleasant waxing experience I've ever had. I got a Deep Wax and after I got home, I was like I should have gotten a Brazilian because of how enjoyable it was. I bought the makeup she recommended, didn't workout, used wash rag she suggested and followed all aftercare. I asked Kady for a refund being that I paid the full $500 for my eyebrows and have gotten nothing in return. She refuses to give me back my money. She offered to see me again and I told her I didn't want her touching my face anymore and just wanted my money anck and again, no response. I have seen other artist and they all confirmed Kady did not do my brows properly. I would not recommend Kady to anyone. She does not conduct business properly and doesn't care about client satisfaction. I am down $500 and have no eyebrows.
