I did not book through a link. She messaged me to confirm 48 hours in advance. I asked her if she by chance had anything later and she said no. Instead she canceled my appointment. I am extremely upset that she just canceled it instead of asking me if I needed to cancel. I was curious if she had anything later but I did not tell her I could not make it. Immediately when I saw the cancellation text I asked her to reinstate it and told her I will let her know if I needed to cancel before the 24 hour mark. She refused. She told me I have to rebook via a link when she is the one who booked the appointment through text last time. If she did not want it booked via the link she could have said no to begin with. Very very rude that she canceled my appointment when I never asked her too. last time she canceled on me because of the snow when she said l've canceled in the past. I asked her when I canceled and got no response. Very unprofessional.

She made the time to talk to me and explain the options and procedures. While other establishments were too rigid with their prices and schedules, Candy gave me a good price and gave a time slot the next day. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Since this will be my eyebrows for the next couple years! The next day I arrived. Candy welcomed me and made sure that I didn't have to worry. She drew the options for my eyebrows based on the shape of my face. Then gave me some suggestions. I accepted her suggestion and went on with the procedure. She applied numbing cream and waited for it to take effect. So i only felt minimal discomfort during procedure. Throughout the procedure she kept asking if I was ok. I felt I was in good care. I dozed off for a minute. Then I realized it's done! Candy showed me the mirror, making sure I was happy with the results. She explained the care for the next few days. She told me I could go back within 2 months for a touch up for only $30! Her service was above and beyond my expectations. I was happy with the results and will come back for sure!

They charged me the wrong price, and the lashes are so sparse and uneven, they are already falling out and it's only been 5 days, LESS than a week! I have had at least 10+ eyelash come out and since they are so sparse it already looks terrible. I asked if all the lash techs are trained and can do manga style well and they assured me yes, because originally i wanted the two people on their Instagram to do it but they said in order to book with them it cost $20 extra. on top of the price of eyelashes.
