It's really disappointing to see the Friday (already dead) and Sunday league dying out. Offering a real incentive to win, like 25% to 50% off a season for the A division champions, could help bring back some competition and excitement. Another issue is the price increase. Going from $800 to $1100 for a season is a huge jump, especially when nothing has actually improved. SoFive is charging more but providing the same experience the previous owners, Upland Sports Arena, used to offer. At least they would post the winners and make players feel recognized. For a company this size, it honestly comes across as greed. At this rate, I guess I'll just keep playing the same five teams until everyone finally quits. After two years under SoFive, I expected more improvements, not higher prices for the same thing. I love playing here and I truly hope they do ANYTHING to bring both these leagues back to life.

Decided to try the free trial and I was impressed. After talking with the coach, I realized that if I couldn't fit in 20 min of exercise twice a week, I needed to reconsider my priorities. That's it - two times a week for 20 min. It's literally that easy to stay fit. I've been there at the crack of dawn for the first appt of the day and late in the evening for the last appt of the day. It fits around whatever hectic and unusual my days/weeks are. The coaches are personable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Since starting in December 2022 (and participating in one 30 day optional metabolic challenge in Feb) I've lost 20 pounds, my blood pressure is back to low levels, and my cholesterol is at a level I haven't seen in the last 5-7 years. More importantly I feel good and notice an overall improvement in my health.

Both are very professional and experts in their craft. As a runner and a cyclist, I appreciate a good massage as a part of my recovery and ongoing body maintenance routine. While they are different in styles, they will both get you back to feeling your best. Jennifer has done a great job of finding two excellent masseuse's. Lorna: While I am sure she could do any style of massage that is requested of her, I always request a deep tissue sports massage. Lorna provides an excellent massage and is able to get down deep into the tissue and get rid of any knots that are there. I always feel very relaxed and loose after the session. Lorna provides an excellent traditional deep tissue massage. Bejon: He is a running coach and is very familiar with the needs of athletes. He practices a unique no-pain style. His massage feels very much like a Swedish style relaxation massage, but when he finds a knot or spasm, he is able to get it to release in a very gentle way. I have had countless massages over the years and I have never experienced anything quite like it. If you don't like a traditional deep tissue massage and the soreness that occurs the next day or so, but need some therapy to help with your training, I would highly recommend Bejon.

I was in my mid 40s and starting from absolute zero: I knew nothing about what exercises to try or how to use the various machines. I had only ever used a treadmill and exercise bike, but found them so boring that it was hard to stick with it. Thanks to Jennifer, I went from being apprehensive to looking forward to exercising for the first time! She walks me through each exercise, makes sure I do not re-aggrevate my old back and hip issues, and importantly, keeps each session fun. I am sadly only in the area for one semester, but working with Jennifer in this short time has not only transformed my health, but also my entire outlook on exercise!
