Staff & refs are, for the most part, friendly & easy to work with. Low stars due to the fact that…read morethe facility seems to get absolutely no money put back into it to keep it up to date. Almost every single field is missing the top nets & some are even ripped on the sides. This creates an unsafe environment as some fields are along a very busy street & balls have been kicked out onto the street. Or onto the neighboring field interrupting another game. These incidents are happening literally every few minutes. Bathrooms are barely holding up. The soap dispensers are broken. Only one sink works & the water sprays everywhere. And they never have toilet seat covers. And now let's talk about the horrible parking situation. Absolutely no one is monitoring it. People always double park at the entrance, even when there is plenty of parking. They just do it to be a lazy a hole. This creates a jam if cars are trying to get in while others are leaving. Because the driveway is narrow. When the lot is full, they have a dirt field that is not maintained. There's always big, tall weeds growing so people will just park any which way to avoid it. And since there is no markers or painted lines to mark spaces, people don't use common sense & I've seen people just park in a way that will completely block the only way out for an entire row of about 15 or so cars. I think they collect more than enough fees to at least maintain the fields if nothing else. Please do better!

The place and the people are great, and it has made a good comeback since Covid. The downfalls are the lack of parking and the sightlines when watching a game.

Pretty dated 24 hour fitness in the area, but then again it seems like there haven't been many…read moreremodels of other 24 hour fitnesses either. Most equipment is obviously well used but seems to be on their last legs. I can sit here and nitpick all the minor details that would normally give any business a poorer rating but this place is just old and worn. Do I think whoever owns this location should considered some updated renovation and maybe some updated machines? Yeah, I'm sure everyone would agree it'd definitely would be a plus and might entice new members to join but I'm still able to get the workout I need in regardless. I will shout out the staff though. I do see them making some effort to maintain a sense of cleanliness rather than let it go to shit so s/o to them.

In my honest opinion with this being the first gym I've ever signed up for, my experience made me…read morenever want to go to the gym again. When I first signed up, part of my goal was to lose weight but mostly I wanted to get out of my depression and start being active again. The guy in charge of memberships convinced me to do a personal trainer for a month for over $300 and told me multiple times that I'd lose 10lbs in a month if I did. I thought it'd be worth it to get more comfortable with the gym at least while I'm still new to it. Little did I know that the gym would close down after my first personal training session. The second closest fully "24 hour" gym to my house is almost 40 minutes away and I lost my motivation quickly, because I only go to the gym past 10pm. It took over a month for them to reopen and in that time I was charged over $300 for ANOTHER personal training month that I had no idea was also recurring. I'm struggling in college and don't have that kind of money to spend, and went back to ask for a refund on the day I was charged. They told me to talk to a manager, which I did, but then they told me he wasn't actually the manager and to come back when the manager was there. (I went back maybe 3-4 times and the manager was always on vacation?) I have no idea why they couldn't refund but I spiraled after that whole experience and ended up GAINING 10 lbs and losing the motivation to even go out of my house, instead of losing 10 lbs like they said.

We've had a great experience with SoCal Elite Soccer Club. I currently have two boys playing with…read morethe club, and it has been nothing but positive for our family. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and truly care about the development of the players both on and off the field. The training environment is competitive but also encouraging, which has helped my boys grow in their skills, confidence, and love for the game. Communication from the club has been clear, and the overall organization has been great. Most importantly, my kids are happy, motivated, and excited to go to practice and games. We're very grateful to be part of such a positive soccer community and look forward to many more seasons with the club!

I wish that I could give them a better review, but hopefully someone will read this and learn from…read moreit. Last year was a disaster to be honest. First off, the times of the practice and where the practice was held was constantly changing, making scheduling difficult. This also applied to games. We missed tournaments due to being banned (SocalFC) which I never knew. Second, they nickel and dime you for every single thing. The also made us sell raffle tickets (which is fine) but they gave us 6 days to sell the whole thing or threatened to be kicked out of the club. Furthermore, they never announced the winners of the raffle which is extremely shady... nobody got a link to the LIVE youtube drawings that were said to take place. I don't like when coaches play favorites, which happened every time game or practice. My son became a favorite, after half the season and he finally gave him playing time and saw his potential, however, I was already jaded from seeing the same thing every game. We lost almost every game, which sucked too. I felt bad for the kids. Bottom line, overpriced, unorganized and weak.

There is a wide range of instructors, but my faves are Anthony, Rena, and Eunice. I used to be a member of another Pilates studio, and the classes here have gone above and beyond that. Overall, I highly recommend taking a reformer Pilates class here. While I haven't used the other resources at the gym, they seem to have a good amount of cardio machines and weights, a basketball court, pool and sauna.

If I could put a zero to the review if I would…read more Whole situation was because after I was told by LA fitness when I got injured. my membership was freezed/canceled still had charges from the bank and I reported cancelled. Turned out they had two accounts of me. This is my updated review "I just learned that 'Christian' is the General Manager of this location. Honestly, as amusing as is this, explained a lot. As a small business owner, this entire situation is mind-blowing to me. Mistakes happen in every business. Billing errors happen. Miscommunication happens. What should never happen is a manager speaking to a customer with disrespect, constantly interrupting them, blaming them, and refusing to take accountability. If one of my employees treated a customer the way I was treated, they would be facing serious consequences immediately. Not because a mistake was made, but because of the attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for the customer experience. What I experienced felt less like customer service and more like a membership collection machine. I called because I was physically injured and unable to use the gym. I was told by another employee that I was not being charged anything and that everything was fine. Based on that information, I believed the issue had been resolved. Months later, I discovered I had continued to be charged. Instead of taking responsibility for the misinformation, I was blamed for not checking my bank account often enough. The most shocking part was being told that I should have been checking my bank account every day. As a single mother running a business seven days a week, I found that response insulting, dismissive, and completely disconnected from reality. One bad employee can hurt a business. A General Manager can define it. I hope the Regional Manager reads this review because this isn't just about a billing dispute. It's about how customers are treated. accountability was nonexistent, empathy was nonexistent, and the focus seemed to be on collecting fees rather than resolving a legitimate concern. I genuinely liked this gym and intended to return once my shoulder recovered. Instead, I canceled my membership and will never return. Christian didn't just lose a customer--he permanently changed my opinion of this location and the LA Fitness brand. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with LA Fitness in Chino." I suffered a serious shoulder injury and have been going through physical therapy. Since I was physically unable to use the gym, I called to freeze or cancel my membership. The employee who answered looked up my information and told me I wasn't being charged anything and that everything was fine. Based on that information, I believed the issue had been handled. They had two accounts of me based on where I lived and the number I changed. No further questions or concerns. Months later, I discovered I had continued to be charged approximately $40 per month. As a single mother working seven days a week, I don't review every transaction every day, and I trusted the information provided by LA Fitness staff. Afterward, Christian called me to discuss the account. Instead of listening to what had happened, he repeatedly interrupted me, spoke over me, very rudely and said it's illegal if I record. I didn't. and became argumentative. The conversation felt more focused on defending the charges and convincing me to keep paying than understanding why I had originally called to freeze my membership due to a legitimate injury. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of accountability. I was given incorrect information by LA Fitness, continued to be charged, and was then blamed for not catching it sooner. When I asked Christian what he would do if he were in my situation, he told me he would check his bank account every day. That response was dismissive, unrealistic, and unhelpful. I never asked for anything unreasonable. I wasn't trying to avoid paying. I simply wanted to temporarily freeze my membership while recovering from a serious shoulder injury. Instead, I received misinformation, continued billing, and poor customer service. LA Fitness may have a good gym, but customer service matters too. Also anyone knows how to deal with this situation let me know. This Christian had promised me a $40 refund and then he took it back. If I want to freeze I have to pay $10 anyway which was also okay. But his attitude poked me and I feel humiliated so I decided for that I would pay for the fee and walk away forever. Also, this is the gym that's in for your money. Please be careful.
