I negotiated to the best of my ability because I was very specific with the car I was looking for. At the end, I was pleased with the experience. Pro: - No hassle - went above and beyond. - Amir made sure I ordered the missing part he promised even after the sale. - Travis made sure I got all the paperwork I needed to do registration outside of NY. I was in and out of NJ DMV in less than 30 min because I had all the paperwork and they even coached me on what to do. - car was in good mechanical condition. Con: - price negotiations. Even after agreeing with the price, they kept tacking on small price increases. You need to know this before walking in and making a deal so can make sure they don't do it. - they need to hire a better detailer. They honestly suck. I would have done a better job. Also, this is a used car dealer. You need to know what you're buying and set reasonable expectations. If it doesn't meet your needs, just walk away.

I was told that they never do test drives that late. I was also told that the people answering the calls and arranging the appointments are not directly affiliated with the company and don't know what they're talking about. There was also a $6K increase between what was advertised on CARFAX and the actual price. Someone over the phone also tried to pressure me to begin the finance process before I even saw the car. I called the next day to file a complaint, but I'm sure if the person I spoke with was actually a manager based on what I was told about who is answering the phone.

Each time, I had to jump-start the car to make it run. Despite multiple service visits, the dealer Elite Mitsubishi (Jamaica, NY) has only "recharged" the battery instead of performing the proper diagnostic or load test I requested. The same issue keeps happening, and now the car will not start at all, even with a jump. I also need to report unprofessional and dishonest behavior from the dealer's service department. A service representative falsely claimed that I refused to give them time to test the car, which is untrue. I have been cooperative and have repeatedly requested a full diagnostic and a copy of my second service record -- but I have not received it despite multiple follow-ups. The vehicle is currently non-operational and parked at my home, and the dealer refused to assist with towing.

Like can we put our foot in the door first. We come to find out by one of the nasty guys at the front desk that the car we had seen online was not the price we could buy it for. My boyfriend has good credit $5000 down and works for the city and this place lost a sale. Total waste of time going there, I believe that every review listing Karen Herrera, Savvas, Kevin, Dino, Miguel as helping is fake as no one was willing to help us purchase a vehicle that day and that Karen needs training do not bombard customers get some manners, the other people in the dealership were just hovering at one desk not looking up especially a small man with glasses.
