Amazing! Mohammed was super helpful by helping me choose the perfect car, how to pay for the car,…read moreinformation about the car, etc. The other people there were also super friendly and helpful. Their office was super neat and clean, I even got offered a drink from the coffee machine. I will never forget about this experience. If you want to buy a car with a lot of knowledge about it and a helpful team to guide you, then this dealership is the place for you.

Their own signed paperwork lists the concerns together with one diagnostic charge. They diagnosed only four of the five issues. Then, instead of completing the job I brought the car in for, they told me they wanted ANOTHER full $200 diagnostic fee to diagnose the remaining issue. I refused. At that point, they refused to release my car unless I paid the $200 original diagnostic charge, despite the fact that they had not completed the diagnostic work I brought the vehicle in for. The paperwork I signed does not say the diagnostic fee is "per issue." It does not show separate diagnostic charges for each concern. It shows the concerns and a single diagnostic charge. This is one of the worst dealership service experiences I have ever had. The problem isn't simply the money. It's the way the situation was handled: changing the financial expectation after the vehicle was already in their possession, refusing to complete the remaining diagnostic without another fee, and then using possession of my vehicle as leverage when I disputed the charge. If you're considering bringing your vehicle here, my advice is simple: get absolutely everything in writing before handing them your keys, ask exactly how many diagnostic fees they intend to charge, and do not assume that the price on your signed repair order represents what they will ultimately demand. I will also be documenting the matter and pursuing the appropriate consumer complaint channels. I would not trust this service department with my vehicle again.
