Thankfully after looking at some reviews I decided to check out ELDORADO and I met the wonderful Mark. Mark is like a kind uncle . He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. My gripe however is that I'm not even in my second month from owning one of their cars and I've had an exhaust repair (if they inspected the pipes they would have seen the damage right?) luckily it was within the 30 days so the did cover that! By the way that's half of what the car cost! Fist time taking it into an interstate going above 65mph and the cars transmission fails. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

I…read morewould have rather not bought a car than gone through this exhausting, expensive, and frustrating experience this year. TL;DR: 0/5 stars. If you're considering buying a car from Middle Village Motors, just don't. There are plenty of cars in the city and plenty of better places to buy them. Ray Chomicki sold me a flawed car, wouldn't help me get it fixed, and then tried to buy it back for less than half the cost less 6 months later when his mechanic wouldn't work on it. Ray from Middle Village Motors sold me a car for $6,000 in April. Within days, issues mounted that only continued and worsened through the summer, resulting in 5 breakdowns/tows. When I approached him to help (I was even willing to help pay for repairs!), Ray would either say my car wasn't covered under his warranty or give the car to his mechanic (Highway 79 on Metropolitan), who would "run the error codes and find nothing". After 6 months of issues, complete replacements on parts that had nothing to do with the car's problems, and tedious phone/email tag, Ray offered to buy the car back for $2,800, just under half of what he sold it to me for. I took the car to a different mechanic who quickly and easily troubleshot and fixed the issue (had to do with the fuel system/dirty injectors and sensors). The car had other issues, too - I could keep writing - but the point here is that MVM could have done the right thing, realized they sold me an unfit car and made it right by either fixing the car or issuing a refund. Ray's resolution was essentially charging me $3,000 for being gullible enough to buy a car from him. Yes, I admit I was gullible and made mistakes in this process, but no, Middle Village Motors was not very upfront or helpful with the issues pertaining to the car that they sold me. I want to say the folks at MVM were downright dishonest, but I don't want to discount the possibility of incompetence. Save yourself time and money, don't buy a car here.
