So I signed some papers for the credit checks and gave a $500 check for the appraisel of my property. Then waited for some bank offers and waited. I haven't hear from Mr. Raveles for two week I texted him what the progress was and he assured me that he was still working on it. Another week goes by nothing I dropped by the office it was closed during the day in the middle of the week! Bad sign. So I went with someone else and Mr. Raveles refuses to refund my $500. I went to file papers to sue the Deadbeat but the business is in bad standing with the city. He offered half of it back out of his own pocket(what a nice guy) but to give him till the end of the month. Do you think I hear from him? I still have all the texted messages from this ordeal.
