Beth from Perl Mortgage is nothing short of a miracle worker. What Fifth Third bank can't do in 3 months, she was able to accomplish in 2 weeks. I am a first time buyer so I needed to have a broker who was transparent and patient (I do ask a lot of questions). She is true to her words. When she gave me a quote, she was able to lock it in for me right away. She also took the time to explain why locking the rate right away is better than keeping it floating. Because of this, my interest rate at closing was better than the original qoute by 0.125%. She was also able to deliver on her claim that she can have me close on the property in time for my deadline. I am fortunate to have worked with Beth for my home loan.
