Never had used this company before and never will again. Paid $4.00 for the cheapest most dirtiest chairs I've ever rented. Had to clean every chair because they were filthy and it was embarrassing to have my visitors sitting on these chairs. The chairs were mismatched and very badly maintained. For the money I paid I could have purchased the 40 chairs myself. Was stuck because I needed them for the event but I would definitely not recommend them. read more

I don't like to bash companies but I do have to be honest about what happened with this company. We hired them for our daughters 3rd birthday party. I booked a bounce house a couple months before the party. They called to confirm a couple days before and we confirmed the bounce house would be delivered at 10am the day of the party. The time came the day of the party for them to get there to set up and they did not show up. An hour later, at this point the party had started, I called them to see what was going on. They told me they had to look into it and see where the bounce house was. They called me back and told me the truck the bounce house was on broke down earlier that morning and they weren't going to be able to deliver it until about 12:45pm. Well my party was scheduled to end at 1pm. I was extremely upset because 1. they never called me to tell me that the truck broke down! They just didn't show up! 2. They offered to bring the bounce house late but still wanted to charge me the full amount even though the bounce house wouldn't be there for the party! It was insulting to even offer that. They should have brought the bounce house so the kids could have enjoyed it for a short amount of and not charged us the full amount. That was a huge mistake the company made, I had paid almost a $200 deposit months ago and then they just don't show up? When a company makes a mistake they should do what it takes to make good. A little kid was super disappointed on their birthday and if they would have called me in the morning when they knew the truck broke down I could have tried to find another solution for my daughter. They sent me a $2k proposal for a tent. I agreed to it but I wanted to do a walkthrough and they literally told me that for a $2k deal they were not doing a walkthrough. They have bigger deals than mine. That's the most unprofessional response that I've ever got. read more

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Someone gave these people number to call for rental prices. I made a huge mistake to not check the website also to call them on a Saturday and on top of that to having other things going on while making a call. The person whom answer the business number told me to call them on Monday as he was saying this one of my kids were going to get hurt and I used a word not intended for them. I clearly said thank you and hung up and ran to my child. I later got texted from 1 (305) 525-9467 saying the following " Are business hours are posted online Monday thru Friday from 9 to 6pm Please don't call us back especially since you have no manners and need to curse on the phone" I placed a call since this was taking the wrong way to apologize for the misunderstanding and they did not answer So I responded as followed " A call was made to apologize since you took that personal. Something happened at the same time I was talking to you. Secondly don't text people phone and tell them what to say you do not pay my bills. So with that said. You lost business I will make it my business to report you guys to the BBB and all channels. This is unprofessional. Faltaba más. They arrived on time, set everything up and had a supervisor on site for the entire event. Our sales rep, Chip, was a pleasure to work with. Everything was delivered as promised. we rented the bounce house with the slide for a 7yo bday party at a park. 30 kids in attendance and it was a hit. everything went well. i paid and booked early; about 3 mo in advance. the guys set up early and picked up right on time at 4hrs later. my party was only 3 hrs (kids party longer than this should be a crime), so 4hrs was perfect for me. they called us early too so we knew what was going on since we were not at the park during set up. really appreciate the service. read more

This company was horrible. They said they had to arrive 1/2 hr early to set up a tent and I had to pay for the extra 1/2 hr. They arrived and there was no tent. They sat around and didn't do anything for an hour instead of putting together the tables and chairs. When i finally told them to start getting the tables ready, One of the 2 kids tables I could not used because the leg was broken and the table was so wobbly a 3 year old could have moved it. When the tent finally arrived, they sent the wrong legs, so no tent. To add insult to injury, the 3 young guys that were supposed to be doing the popcorn, hot dogs and cotton candy spent half of the party sitting and eating the food that I paid for, without gloves and then handing the food to guests, without gloves. By far the best service for canopy rentals! Our event required a last minute 20 X 30 canopy due to bad weather. I called 5 different companies through Google search before coming across Mega Party Events. So glad I did! Not one was able to assist on such short notice except for MPE. I am so thankful for Mega Party Events! Back in August I had booked a water slide through another company. I booked online days before my event and got confirmation emails and payment receipts. They were supposed to deliver Friday by 3:00 for my son's 13th birthday party that started at 6:00. When I hadn't heard from them by 3:15 I panicked and called the company. At first they thought the delivery was for Saturday and ended up giving me a song and dance that because of Covid they couldn't deliver that day. I freaked out with the party being less than 3 hours away and no water slide to entertain the kids! I called Mega Party events desperate and the came through!! I wish I could remember the girls name that answered the phone that late Friday afternoon. She was so sweet and accommodating! Before she committed to me she made sure they had a slide available and that the delivery men would be able to bring it. Within an hour I had a water slide delivered to the party! She was so great and really put me at ease and I'm so thankful that they could deliver literally within an hour! I highly reccomend this company!! read more

Canceled on us at 5:30pm the night before our party. We asked that they please re-consider given the last-minute notice & were advised that they'd get back to us. Never heard from them again & answering system goes into an endless loop outside of business hours. Plenty of other options - call any one of them & avoid getting burned. Terrible service. The slide could not be inflated for hours, the food cart was thrown in a corner and the kids running it couldn't set that up either. The company never called to apologize even after I had prepaid and in addition , didn't pick up their staff and equipment till midnight and my party was over at 5. Absolutely, the worst! read more

This company has outstanding customer service and professionalism. I am fully satisfied with my experience from the beginning planning stages up to my son's birthday event day. I contacted them with just having a theme in mind. After my initial meeting, the whole party had been coordinated down to the color of the linens. On the day of the birthday party, the delivery was done on time and the equipment looked spectacular and most importantly clean!
