I've been coming here with my dad for several years now. We used to trade in games and movies. We just came in recently and the selection on movies has diminished drastically. It's mostly Funko Pops now along the walls. Kinda disappointing. Now that all the streaming platforms are upping prices, I figured more people with be looking to buy back their physical copies of movies again, but they are mostly selling memorabilia now. read more

the people over the counter were very nice but I got scammed out of sellinf a quest 2 vr headset. I barely used it and it was in great condition, only missing the attachment to wear it with glasses. they gave me $64 for a vr headset I paid $200 for and used maybe 10 times.... dont sell electronics here if you want to make your moneys worth and not get scammed read more

I am very disappointed in some of the changes that they created in selling their more expensive/rarer games. I used to go pretty often pre-pandemic and they would have all their games available to purchase and didn't have their "vault.". The vault concept is what makes it hard to visit since I'm no longer in the area because they post games they have in stock but only release it on a specific day. In concept this is unique and different but I have never seen another store with this same concept. Due to their vault I don't recommend visiting if you are in the market for any rarer games. Prior to their vault I would have given them a 5/5 but at the moment this concept has ruined the store for collectors that are stopping in to look for rare games. read more

My teenage son purchased at VR headset spending $400. At the time of purchase we specifically asked about the return policy. It was stated we had 30 days to return as the receipt states as well. My son decided to return because he doesn't play it like he thought he would. He decided to return it before the 30 days. He was told he would only receive a little more than half of what he paid in in store credit and $200 in cash. That's not what we were told at this time of purchase! When I went in they tried to tell me he didn't have a receipt and I didn't know what was said basically calling my son a liar. He's been working since he was 16 and is a respectful hard working young man. We will keep the headset and give it to his younger siblings. This place has lost my business. I don't want to shop anywhere that doesn't honor their return policy!! They are unprofessional, unethical, untrustworthy and condescending!! read more

Bought controllers that ended up getting a little stick drift after a week or so and decided to take them back. Was told that normally they only offer store credit back but a very nice dude named Lyle ended up getting me cash back. Super friendly guy and I'm glad we could work it all out. Store has a good selection of used games for fair prices and gives better money then GameStop for used games. read more

Super disappointed in the service I received in this store tonight. I called yesterday to confirm hours and trade in value on items. I was told they were open until 9PM. I left straight from work and got there at 8:07PM, after an hour long drive. They informed me they didn't take buys after 8PM, although that isnt mentioned anywhere on their site, and wasn't told to me on the phone the day before either. Not only would I have to drive back the next day, I'd have to wait til the next day to even get a quote on the value of my trade in items. What a joke, thank you for wasting my time and gas! read more

I'm from out of town and I like to look through local game shops with retro stock. Based on the Google reviews I stopped here. The experience in the store was off putting as there was loud metal music playing over the stores speakers. (Not common in any of the retro stores I've been in) The store had a meager selection of 2nd to 6th generation console games. The selection was mostly 7th and newer generation shovel ware. I stood next to a pile of the same call of duty game sitting on the floor (because there was no more shelf space) that was as high as my knee. There was a unreasonably high number of games missing their cases. I expect to see these, but not that many. I did purchase one SNES game. When I got home it required extensive cleaning on the inside. They seemed to have a large number of DVDs which could be cool if you are in the market for that. read more

Went into this store today and baught season 3 & 4 of futurama. Very hard to find titles since the old re-runs are classics. This place has brought old memories and good entertainment back into my life. A huge chunk $77 is a bit much so I'll buy things later so i only got the movies. All and everything this place is a must check out if your looking for no longer titles they might have what your looking for. Alot of people complain about the prices and how much it adds up but the vintage has value and i say 5 all the way. Its a great place to find things of sentimental interest. read more

My go to store in Peoria for anything entertainment related. If you're looking for video games, they carry everything from Atari all the way up to the Nintendo Switch. They also have a very extensive selection of Blu-Rays and DVDs, all of which are very reasonably priced. They have a large selection of pre-owned electronics and vinyl. read more
