This place has terrible employee, . I purchased a bong from them on Thursday night, and the bong lasted till Saturday. The middle perk on the inside just fell apart. I went to go talk to the guy who sold it to me. He told me he couldn't do anything about it. I paid 120 for the bong and he just couldn't do anything about it. That's what he said I would love to speak to a manager, but he didn't let me, this I gave this place a one star I would not recommend buying anything from this spot it's cheap. They sold me a bad wax pen battery (malfunctioned the day I got it). I didn't have time to exchange it until a week after; they told me that since there was wax in the "hole" (the heating element) they could not replace it because it could have been "user error". I didn't wanna be a Karen to the dude cause I know he probably just doesn't care but I'm never coming back to this smoke shop lmfao. They sell bad quality products, and put the blame on the customer when their bad products malfunction. read more

The staff here are actually half brain dead I'm convinced. They give you a ton of attitude and don't even fix their mistakes when they make them. Unless you know exactly what you want and it's IMPOSSIBLE for them to mess it up please do not visit this shop they are actually the worse. I asked for berry vape juice and the cashier gave me a menthol without me noticing, it's tiny letters so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried to exchange it the next day but he refused to correct his mistake. He said because I had opened it I wasn't able to exchange it but how else was I supposed to catch the mistake he made?? At the end of it he even blamed it on me saying I asked for the wrong juice, whatever it's an easy decision to drive an extra two minutes to avoid this place. Absolutely disgusting staff and store. DO NOT COME HERE. This store needs to shut down. They sell overpriced bullshit. And the product doesn't even work. Here is how my most recent sales went with them just yesterday. I came in and everything was cool, my girlfriend got a new vape and and so did I. Hers is fine but mine was sketchy from the start. The vape itself didn't even have a coil installed in it like all vapes do. So it seems like someone took it out and tried them or it was made incorrectly. But I didn't think much of it. I came home and assembled my product and it didn't work. So I called the store and asked if I could come in and when asked what product and when I told him that I had tried all I could to make it work and I even went on the (SMOK) website to check the authenticity. And it was a fake! So I told him and he then paused and knew that they were caught And hung up. What kind of service was that? You're rude and unprofessional. I honestly hope this store gets shut down and knowing they are just scamming people. I reported the store on the SMOK website so they were aware this store was selling duds in their name. This isn't the first time I've had a problem I've bought dud coils from them I guess some stores just don't deserve multiple chances and just need to be called out from the start. read more

As smoke shops go, I think it's the best in the immediate area. A guy named Eli (I think!) helped me find the perfect gift for my friends birthday!! He was patient and friendly and didn't pressure me while I was trying to make a decision. He didn't try to up sell me either, which I appreciate. Prices seemed pretty fair and they always appear to be open so assumed good hours. read more

Store is okay but the part I don't like is they sell to minors. Every time I'm in there it seems like there is some 13 year old grabbing a vape or bong. The two store owners don't seem to care about selling to a big group of high school or middle school kids because that is how they make most of their money. It's sad to see a vape shop like that not follow rules and make it easy to access for the youth. Would give them no stars if I could. They sell fake and defective products! I bought a pod off of them and when I tried to fill it up, all the juice immediately leaked through the bottom. I called them to see if I can get an exchange, not even a refund but apparently they "can't do anything about that." Complete bs! $10 (overpriced) I'll never get back. read more
