He took the time to walk with us around the store, answering questions, opening cases and getting to know us. My son walked out with his first Mighty Ducks figure and my Dad started a new collection of Street Sharks. I am very on edge when taking a kid (9 years old) into a store like this as it can be overwhelming, but as soon as Mike interacted with my son, the stress went right away. Was just like 2 friends talking toys. The prices were fair and Mike made deals with us along the way. It's great entertainment for our baby. As he has aged into a toddler, he now wants to participate which is awesome! The people who work here are incredible. They still remember when we started this routine and have shared in the various emotions we have gone through while playing the games--the ups when we win and the bummer moments when we think we won but the claw drops it short of the slot. It's such a wonderful environment, and the people who work here are friendly and kind. We definitely have a great time every time we visit. As for selection, they have made some changes to the store to include more merchandise and less claw games. The merchandise is great, and there are still enough claw games to play. Heads up: the claw games take the special tokens that you purchase at the back of the store. Overall, this place is amazing! Our little one loves it especially now that he can participate. Great memories have been made here for us. The first time my little one won is a memory I will always remember--just the pure joy is priceless!

I decided to purchase it and when I got home and opened it the packed were visibly tampered with. A few packs had a thin silver line showing at the top and some had minor air pockets compared to major store bought packs. Not only that but each pack opened THE EXACT SAME WAY - easily pealed perfectly from the top and down the back middle seal. I paid $180 PLUS TAX so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I can't speak for their single packs but after this experience with the etb I'm never purchasing from here again. I stupidly said no to a receipt so I doubt I can ask for a refund now but be warned if u do buy Pokemon cards here BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Did know most of the prices she'd go for, the Freddy Funko Pop of him as a captain I asked her she gave me $30 and for the 500 piece soda was for $25 some Pops didn't have prices either since they just got them in or they personally collected but got rid of but just pointing it out would be nice to have everything on the website, I didn't see the ones I bought that day on the website maybe be nice if they can make a categorized website tab by genre like in the store is all categorized correctly by genre. Value was really accurate way better prices then I've been too. I'll be back to see this place again maybe one day.
