She was told to come in person for a quote, which she did. The lady said okay come tomorrow we will work it out. After the service was completed, the stylist only installed extensions in the back of her head and charged her $250. My daughter is very shy and didn't feel comfortable speaking up at the time, but it was clearly not the full extension service she had requested. I called the salon to explain the situation, and the stylist agreed that my daughter could return the next day to have it corrected. However, after my daughter sat waiting for over three hours before anyone even started working on her hair, the stylist added the missing extensions and then demanded an additional $240. If a customer specifically asks for a full head of extensions and the salon fails to provide the requested service, the correction should not come with another large charge especially after making the customer return and wait for hours. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer service was extremely disappointing. This was one of the most unprofessional salon experiences I've ever encountered

There were two women working and people were coming by regularly, but I got four services done so I knew I would wait. I waited about ten minutes before I was led into the back area for the Brazilian wax. The space was larger than I expected and clean, I was able to place my bag on a chair and undress privately to get prepared. They laid down paper over where I needed to lay and powdered me prior to starting. She checked for what I wanted before starting and let me know that they never double dip. I haven't had a wax in about six months and she had me cleaned up completely in 15 minutes. I also did eyebrow threading, tinting, and eyelash extensions. All went very smoothly and she was concerned about my comfort and if I liked it. I absolutely love how everything came out! Definitely will be back in six weeks. And will update with a photo.

I called ahead and we negotiated a VERYYYY reasonable price of $55 and asked me my hair color so she could have the hair ready. Note: as other reviewers mentioned there are at least 3 other braiding salons in this building/hallway, it is not uncommon for the competition to lie about their name in order to pilfer customers which is why Matou had me call her so she could personally escort her to the shop. Just make sure the shop says UNITY and you'll be good. Wanted long cornrows with extensions on my thick mixed race natural hair... came in with my hair washed and detangled and she began her magic. 1.5 hours later she left me with NEAT, PRECISE, DETAILED cornrows that weren't too thick or loose. She works quickly but not sloppily nor does she rush you out of the chair. She's also quite friendly. Admittedly this place is not glam or ritzy, but it is large, well ventilated, they have a TV and there were no bugs!
