After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I found this Imperial Limo service on Google search, after passing over a few pages of companies that wanted me to book on-line. I hate that. needed to speak to a human being. The person I dealt with on the phone answered on my first try, was very professional, the procedure (emailed confirmations and 15 minute early arrival at my house and a text when they arrive) was also very professional, and they remembered on both legs of the trip to use a large SUV that accommodated our snowboard bag + 3 suitcases. (We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit! I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. The day I was there they only had one shuttle working, although they claimed they had 3 which was impossible, because we were all waiting 25-30 mins for a shuttle to arrive at the lot. When the shuttle did arrive, they asked "who was waiting here first" the fact that they trust people to be honest, blows my mind. They need a better system, such as numbers or tickets or something. A party of six who arrived way after us push past everyone and got on forcing us to wait an additional 20-25 minutes. When I brought this issue up to the all of the employees, they were very dismissive, rude, and not helpful at all. No one wanted to hear that/ take accountability they all had very bad attitudes Some people had to take an uber to the airport. I picked this parking lot because it was more expensive than the others. I was assuming because of this price everything would've gone smoothly, but I guess I was wrong. They drop you off and pickup right at your terminal. Unfortunately, this last experience was very disappointing. When I returned from my trip, I found my Jeep had a large scratch on the front bumper. They have video footage showing my vehicle was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. When I reported the damage, the front desk simply gave me an email address to file a claim. It took over 10 phone calls and several emails before I finally received a response. I was told they would take care of the damage, but after that, they stopped answering my calls. I've been unable to reach a manager or anyone in claims, as they are never available. Due to the lack of accountability and poor communication, I can no longer recommend parking here.
