I do not recommend using this attorney. I hired him to negotiate a lease for a commercial space almost 5 years ago. I am now trying to dissect and understand the personal guaranty on the lease as it's really confusing and in the words of two other attorneys that have reviewed the document, "very poorly written." Granted, Alex did not write the lease, but he did review it and did not make any recommendations or edits. Ive reached out to this "lawyer" for over a year - via phone messages and emails. To this day I've yet to hear back from this person. Not sure if they went out of business but kept the number or just like stringing clients along. Yes I've emailed with Alex and it's a comedy of erros in the form of 30 emails back and forth - ok, call me ok - what time?, how about xyz time? does that work? can you get back to me? i called and left multilpe essages and no return. what do you need... ok sounds good, call me rinse repeat, rinse repeat, rinse repeat, rinse repeat... 20 emails over a week of this ridiculous back and forth. And NEVER EVER once actually returning a call... or responding to an email in anyway other than - yeah yeah , ok, sort of nonsensical replies that take up a ridiculous amount of time when a simple 5 mins phone call could resolves 3 weeks of back and forth clueless emails.
