Instead of saying all of the issues were dire (like every dentist has said in some form or fashion to me for decades), he was very realistic about what needed to be done now, and what I could wait on. He and his office staff didn't make me feel like a second class citizen. They treated me like a valued customer. I have found my dentist for life.
