I am beyond frustrated with the care I received from Dr. Glover. I went in to have a front side crown recemented, and the entire experience was unprofessional and resulted in me needing to spend over $1,000 to replace a crown that was perfectly fine (his words) before I walked in. The crown came off while I was flossing, and just needed to be cemented back. I put the crown back in place. Wore my night guard over and went to see him. My regular dentist couldn't see me today, so I came to this office. My teeth were flushed before he worked on me. Nothing was sticking out. When I took my night guard out, he had to ask which tooth it was that came off. He saw how the tooth looked before he did any work. Prior to his work, my teeth had perfect alignment. The office environment was strange--Dr. Glover had no assistant present. He rushed to cement my front side crown without even checking if I was happy with the alignment. I specifically mentioned to him that the fit felt "tight," and he even struggled to get floss through the contact points, which should have been a red flag to stop. Instead of ensuring the crown was seated correctly, he walked away for 10 minutes while the cement cured. By the time he returned, the crown was permanently bonded in a crooked position. I couldn't even talk without other teeth hitting this crooked tooth, forget trying to eat. At first, he said nothing was wrong with the crown, but once the mistake was undeniable, he changed the story and said the "crown needed to be replaced anyway". Because of his negligence and failure to monitor the curing process, I have wasted hours of time and now face a massive bill for a new crown. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for competent or attentive restorative work. He was decent enough to not charge me for the bad service. read more

I recently used Dr. Glover's services for a tooth repair and cleaning. Excellent experience from everyone, including the office staff. The tooth repair involved a tooth that is semi visible with a smile and the skill the Dr. used was amazing - you cannot tell where the repaired section is, the match is perfection! Had a great cleaning which was long overdue and it was quick and painless. I am so happy to have a dentist that is honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Dr Glover was my dentist when I lived in California 12 years ago. My husband and I loved him! On 8/1/2021 we brought our 10 year old grandson to SoCal for vacation and a trip to Disneyland. On day one of vacation he collided with a friend while playing and broke his tooth. We called Dr Glover's office as soon as he opened on Monday, his awesome office manager Lauren got him in for an exam. They determined he needed to see a specialist, contacted one for us and got my grandson an appointment for the same day! The repair was made but he needed cosmetic repairs to cover the broken tooth. Knowing we were going to Disney the next day, Dr Glover came in an hour before his office opened to do the work. Actually I am preparing a newer review because Dr. Glover and his receptionist are terribly pleasant until you run out of money. I went in for a $1500 front tooth replacement and ended up with a bill for $15,000 after he pulled out all my front teeth and I ended up with a denture like appliance. They had me sign my contract when I was under anesthesia!I lost all my personal confidence and am still having difficulty speaking. My sister didn't even recognize my voice when I called her. I have been to many dentists in my time but this doctor and office has been the most expensive in the most detrimental to my dental health and happiness. He took advantage of me when I was in a panic about the loss of one tooth. Now I have very few left. read more

Had an appointment with a local NB dental office who caters to celebrities and every time I had called try and change the appoint I got the v/m 2 weeks this went so I finally canceled and went to Dr. Glover! His entire staff from the front office Lauryn to the dental assistants are amazing I cannot say enough about them Yes, I would love to bring in a basket full of sweets but don't think that would be wise. Dr. Glover's hygienist either chipped a tooth or knocked out a filling during a deep clean but didn't report it. I went back next day, hole was filled but he expected me to pay for it? Seriously? I'm very picky about my dental care and after relocating to the Aliso Viejo area a few years ago, I was so hesitant to change to a local dentist. I was actually driving to Thousand Oaks to see my old dentist. I'm so glad a friend insisted I give Dr. Glover a try! Dr. Glover gave my daughter the beautiful smile that she had been waiting for since she shattered her two front teeth a few years back but was too young to fix them. The dentists we consulted with afterwards wanted to have my son placed under general anethesia - dangerous and expensive. We consulted with Dr Glover since he was highly recommended. He noted that even though my son needed oral surgery (needing general anethesia), he still wanted to take care of a few fillings and a crown with only novacaine. We had his appt today and it couldnt have gone better. My son was a bit weary a couple of times and Dr Glover made him feel very at ease. I usually hate going to the dentist... but Dr. Glover and his staff are amazing. From the moment you walk through the front door and you are greeted by Lauren with a welcoming hello and big smile. It was simple and painless. The X-ray tech was so sweet because it's always uncomfortable and painful putting those awkward things in your mouth.. Dr. Glover came in and went over everything. He was so nice and personable with a great beside manner and didn't try to see me something I didn't need:. My teeth cleaning was amazing too... my hygienist ( I forgot her name) long strawberry blonde hair was so sweet and chatted with me and educated me on so many things such as what floss not to buy and what gum is good for fighting bacteria... she even gave me tips for my son who had braces and has a hard time flossing. I have been seeing Dr. Glover for a few years now, long enough to know what kind of dentist he is... He is wonderful. I really like his staff as well. Rachel, the hygenist I usually see, is great! I've never had such a good cleaning!!! She really got me whipped into shape! I have had fillings and an implant and a couple of replacement crowns done and overall have been very pleased with Dr. Glover's work and bedside (chairside) manner. He always takes the time to explain the procedures if I have any questions and is very good at shots!! The office manager, Lauren, is very professional and really seems to know her stuff.
