They're working to expand their propagation of local indigenous plants for wildlife habitats. Plenty of everything. Stuff you can't buy anywhere else. Open on Monday 8-3pm and Saturdays 9-1pm. I'm a bit biased but during my life I haven't met anyone else who cares more about what they do or has as much a passion for their work. Brought in a Ryobi string trimmer head for warranty service. There was a $60 deposit which I was…read moretold would be mostly refunded, minus shop supplies. After a week or so, they called to tell me the repair wasn't covered by the warranty and that not only would my deposit not be refunded it would be another $60 for the repair. When I arrived to pick it up they initially told me the remaining balance was $98. After a couple minutes they then told me it was $74. I grudgingly paid it but felt very taken advantage of. I would have just bought a new one for what this "warranty" service ended up costing me. I would not recommend avoiding this place.

I am so happy I found this awesome business! I am a huge fan or organic and am all for supporting…read morelocal businesses. Before my neighbor introduced to me The Neighborhood Harvest I was getting my greens and veggies from the local Food Lion or Krogers. It was difficult to find organic produce that wasn't already ready to go bad. The greens and veggies I get every week are SO FRESH and DELICIOUS! I typically get kale, cucumbers and a bag of the Green Machine blend which is perfect for my daily green smoothies! There hasn't been a time yet that the greens haven't been perfect, never wilted or smelly! We recently tried the fresh apple cider, it was SO GOOD! We just got a notice that they are having fresh cookies as well so we are definitely going to place an order for those as well! I especially love that I am assigned to my own Neighborhood Harvest representative who checks in with me periodically to make sure I am a happy customer. I get text messages of any particular deals they are having, last week they were having a deal on pears. I don't mind having to place my ice packs out in my cooler the night before and so far I've never had a problem with my deliveries. I definitely recommend investing your money in their fresh greens which is great for your health.

Between this 2- young and wonderful individuals ( Nick and Erin) ; " l learned how to install my own deadbolt and bottom door lock handle." We first had to find the right type (required and accepted) by my apartment complex. We got through that with some serious and detailed discussion. I was going to go with a double deadbolt top lock and with "Nick," he helped me understand why that was not a good idea. In case I had a fire, " I did not need to be looking for keys to unlock the top deadbolt." So, I went with the "flip lock; but still an excellent deadbolt and very well made." Also, Nick helped me; " pick a lock set that had a "deadbolt and bottom lock handle," that was matching and a "really great deal for the money! He save me a whole bunch of money." Locks and Deadbolts are expensive. Then, we all sat down and " these 2- young people helped know how to install my locks." They gave me individual bags so the components did not get mixed up! So, when I got home it was a "walk in the park." Also, " they walked me to returns and there I met "Jasmine." ( Delightful) She refunded an item I had and that went toward the new purchases! Worst customer service. Home Depot online is a JOKE. I ordered a mini fridge from Home Depot…read moreonline. 1. The order came damaged in 4 different spots 2. The outside box was not damaged by any means 3. Which tells me that Home Depot repackaged a damaged fridge and sent it to my house. I talked to Home Depot support and said that they could have USPS pick up the unit at my house with timeframes ranging from 6am to 8pm. They said I could set the fridge on my porch and USPS can pick it up that way (so someone can steal it and I'm out my refund, no thanks) and then they said I could order another fridge but I would have to pay for it and I can't just SWITCH the fridge out. I said no thanks because I'm apprehensive that the same thing will happen. So I had to take my time, energy and money to drop off this damaged item I paid full price for. I go to the store take it back and process the refund. The next day I check my Home Depot account and realized I was DOUBLE charged for the fridge. $259.67 for fridge + extended warranty and 2 other separate charges - 1. For the fridge $222.59 and 2. $37.08 for the extended warranty independently. I called Home Depot support to tell them I have been double charged and they tell me it must be a glitch but they are processing a refund for the $222.58 and $37.08. I got a call about 10 hours later (20 minutes ago about) for the lady to argue with me on the phone saying that the reason I got called the $259.67 was when they ship the item, but it should have dropped off once I got the item and the $222.58 and $37.08 was the actual charge. BUT get this, she stands ten toes down that I wasn't charged TWICE but yet, she recommends I take it up with my BANK and that everything on their side was handled.. I'm absolutely done with Home Depot. I'm sick of these people wasting my time and doing the bare minimum.
