Do not get fuel there. They have issues with the pump card readers and Apple Pay readers and we now have a high charge even though we needed to go pay inside after trying to pay outside. The clerk inside even told my wife they are not working correctly but they still had them in use. read more

The store is warm and the staff friendly. You can almost always find what your looking for and if not, there's an app for that, no really it will take you right to the spot where it is stocked. My only recommendation would be selling fishing and hunting licences, as well as having someone in the sporting goods area, instead of staffing it from the electronics department. As the store has matured, the staff has become more knowledgeable. It is a pleasant location to shop. read more

I will not shop at this store anymore. Every time that I have gone there and purchased meat and various dairy products they have either expired or are going to expire the next day. I purchased some potato salad on the 7th for our camping trip this weekend and went to use it and noticed that it looked funny so I checked the date and it expired on the 5th. I'd like to purchase my meat for the week and not have to freeze it as soon as I get home however, anytime that I have purchased meat products at Myers I have had to freeze them because they have expired that day or the next day. I have also purchased some sun glasses that broke within just a couple of days after the purchase. I feel like their products are subpar and will go back to shopping primarily at Woodmans or Walmart. read more

This place is more expensive then Festival Foods! I decided to try this store and wanted to see if they were cheaper, but they are not. The store is also very disorganized and hard to manage through. I won't be shopping here. It was at least clean and the people were friendly. read more

I do all my shopping needs at meijers and I usually always happy as long as I check out with a HUMAN not a computer hahaha, but anyways I WAS IN AWWWW with the Bakery Lady who made my sons Dragon bday cake....I came in there with THE PERFECT CAKE idea for my son, and everyone was telling me before hand ...."oh that will take weeks you have to go to " "PROFESSIONAL" not Meijers they wont be able to do that" Well I JUST PROVED THEM WRONG cause the cake I picked up today wasnt Exactly what I had in mind BUT PRETTY MUCH and I LOVED IT and so did my son and ALL his friends!!!! AND I ordered less than a week in advance of party, AND IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! The appleton, Wisconsin Meijer just opened up and they had alot of good deals,the prices now are very high compared to Walmart, Festival and Woodmans, even though they carry name brand retail, the prices are usually higher then the likes of Shopko, the bakery dept is priced higher then the competition,they sell the same exact product that walmart sells but for $10-$15 more read more

I have had terrible luck with this Meijer's Store. This first time I was refused help in getting my groceries to the car when I became over heated. Today I tried for 48 minutes on line to find the price of a product I purchased yesterday at the store. The on line chat person told me she could not help me because they didn't have that item. So she suggested I call the store. I called and was connected to Customer Service, who transferred me to "Housewares", which according to the web site this store does not have", and someone answered and said "what" rather nastily. I told her what I wanted and she said "this is not that department" and I asked her to transfer me." The next person again answered the phone with "yah" and I told her what I wanted and she said it was the toy department and after I asked if she would transfer me, she just hung up but I was still connected. I was on hold for 8 minutes and 3 seconds when I hung up. I recalled the store and was told that no one in customer service was available at this time and again they put me on hold, after five minutes I hung up. read more

My wife & I love the Meijer store in Kenosha. Love clipping their coupons online to save money. Great assortment of fruits & veggies. Best steak in any grocery store! Always greeted by a happy face and willingness to help you. Especially the Manager in Electronics named Nate,a wonderful person. Store is spotless. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is due to some things they do not carry that are a must have for residents of Kenosha. The couple of things that come to mind are the green biodegradable bags required for our garbage pick-up and Cardinalli bread which is a Kenosha tradition. read more

Every time I go to Meijer for their great sales they are out of stock..... total waste of my time. My last visit there for sale items out of stock I decided to go to customer service and voice my disenchantment with the store. The person I talked to listened to what I had to say and then just totally ignored my complaint. I will only go there now if I absolutely I have to. I started shopping here when they opened their doors almost 2 years ago. They were clean, friendly, had everything i wanted, and had really good prices on quality products. A tall glass of water compared to Walmart. I live in Zion which has a Walmart, Jewel, Piggly Wiggly, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Salem food mart, and Aldi. All within 4 miles of my home. I stopped shopping at all these places and went to Meijer exclusively for everything I could, even though it was 10 miles put of my way in another state. I have spent on average of $1000 a month since they opened, and can prove it. Now, this place is bad as Walmart. For at least 6 months, every week when i shop there i end of with expired food and having to wait for customer service because i was overcharged on something. Not a few days expired or even a week, no, i recently bought some expensive refrigerated pudding only to find out it had been expired for 2 months at the time of purchase. I found out because my wife, daughter, and myself got violently ill for a week after eating it. Lucky for them we dont like hospitals and toughed it out. I went there again today, against my wifes warning, and they wouldnt honor a price that was clearly marked for an entire shelf of the same product. I didnt bring the pudding back to them because im saving it for my complaint to the health dept and the fda. I am now adding a complaint to weights and measures as well. Next time i step foot in there, i will be recording it, so meijer himself can see the clown college in action. read more
