She was so kind and knowledgeable about all of the clothing in the store. My respect for this store has increased greatly based on the interactions I had with this girl, she really is an asset to the company. I drove 20 minutes into Mentor with my stack of clothes and there was a sign on the door that said, "we are not buying at this time." When I walked in to check, they told me it was because they did not have enough cash to offer payouts for clothes they bought. I learned a lesson, go earlier in the day. A week later, I was in Mentor so I stopped in with that same stack of clothes. I walked in and the counter attendant told me that I needed a basket or bin and they would not accept what I brought. I eyed a stack of bins behind the desk and asked if I could use one of theirs and she just looked at me. So, went out to car and luckily had a recyclable shopping bag for the clothes. I went back in and filled out the card, including my name, address and cell phone. She told me that I was the third in line so...I said, "So, do you text me when it's ready for offer?" And she says, no, we don't text. You will just have to come back and make sure it's before closing at 8pm. Seriously, how hard is to text the customer that their offer is ready. So, I go run errands and came back in 45 minutes. At time, they accepted 3 of my 10 items and paid me $12. I was fine with the offer, just wish the entire transaction would have been smoother. My advice is to read everything on the website before going.
