Donna offered creative solutions to find the information, tried everything in their database, and finally, I was able to coordinate a fax between the usual pharmacy and this Rite Aid. Donna and Sylvia worked to input all necessary information ahead of check out, so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. This was during the very vast cell coverage outage. Could not make call, navigation , text, anything. I showed up and it was an hour from the dentist. No prescription there. I would have called the dentist but no coverage. I asked the girl if they could call. She went to the female pharmacist and she abruptly said "no". Looked at me through the glass. That was it. Sorry!
