Came to cvs on Tues to get Libre monitor for blood sugar results for my pup. They didn't have scrip. Said I would have to go back to Fowlerville vet to pick up script. Picked up script on Wed, and returned to cvs at 1:30. They were at lunch. Said to come back at 3:00 to pick up monitor. 3 trips to pick up monitor. I will definitely change pharmacies. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes then the pharmacy closes for lunch. Who takes lunch at 1:30pm? Drive through is always crowded and the line moves very slow. Always playing games with meds if you don't pickup right away. Make you come back after you re-order online. Then you get there and they pull this lunch BS. I went to pick up my prescription and the very cute guy told me it was going to be $160 and I was blown away because last time it was $30. I was having a really hard day but I didn't make a fuss just asked him if there was a coupon to add. C (not sure if he would like me to air his name out or not) was super sweet, took his time to help me, had me wait a second and i ended up only paying $10. Absolute sweetest, very professional! It's great that they are the only 24 hour pharmacy in the county which is why everybody uses them. However it takes days to fill and Rx. My sons doctor sent an Rx at 9am. At 5pm it was not filled. They said it would take 1 hour. 2 hours later they said maybe an additional 30 minutes. I also refilled and Rx through my online account. 2 days later I went to pick it up. It still was not filled. They said it would be 45 additional minutes. It actually took over and additional 24 hours to fill. They cannot say this is due to staffing shortages due to the pandemic. They have always had this issue. read more

I have had nothing but problems at this pharmacy. Medications are always on backorder, which makes no sense when it is a common medication that is taken daily so it should be stocked or ordered more frequently. The staff are completely useless and lack complete common sense! They are never happy, they should look for a new job if customer service is not their thing! I definitely DO NOT recommend this pharmacy! read more

It's Christmas, almost all pharmacies are closed. I'm out of state and calling every place I can find. First I find a cvs in Toledo, Ohio and my doctor can call a script in there. Except they are out. Okay understandable. We decide to come home to get my baby into peds office the next day, still looking for another pharmacy. Find this one in Howell. Call and verify that they have the medicine, drive 45 minutes out of the way in not the greatest weather conditions to get it. Once there, I am told they are out. Told pharmacist not to fill it because we don't live around there and won't be picking it up. Received phone call at 9 am this morning letting me know they were ordering it. Been on hold for 19 minutes now to tell them not too. I don't recommend going to this pharmacy at all, hopefully the Walgreens across the side street is much better for the locals! read more

24 hours when you need it. Pretty fast and friendly staff. I will keep this one in mind if I have to fill a prescription after hours.

Horrible pharmacy service! We waited in the drivethru line for 35 minutes while the grouchy pharmacist "helped" the lady in front of us. We saw very little action, and eventually, the lady *behind* us walked up to the window and said the first customer should go inside to be helped. The pharmacist stuck his head out the window, and said, "why don't you shut up!" He also said she should go somewhere else. This pharmacist has a poor attitude, and it is hard to tell if the slow service is his fault (would not surprise me) or if something is running poorly at this store. We WILL go somewhere else. read more
