They reported my odometer to have 171,780 miles on a 2019 vehicle that does NOT have that mileage. I don't even have 35k miles on my car. It was bought brand new in 2019, they incorrectly recommended things I did NOT need and paid close to $300 for no reason at all. I have to now do things to get my odometer reading fixed on my CARFAX for no reason. DO NOT GO HERE. The manager should be expecting a call from me Monday morning. I went there for a routine alignment and it took two hours when I had an appointment. The car was returned to me and I paid for the alignment. Weeks later while checking the oil, I looked down and saw a bushing, washer, and locknut, all sitting on the splash guard. They never reassembled the driver side radius rod. The car had been returned to me in an unsafe-to-drive condition with critical suspension parts left uninstalled. Subsequent attempt to have the car aligned properly could not be performed as both axles had "play" meaning they were damaged and required replacement. This was a serious safety oversight yet when contacting the manager, Kyle, he immediately deflected all responsibility by claiming they never disassemble radius rods, but offered to look at the car. I agreed. Then he left a voicemail stating that caster adjustment cannot be done on my car and that I shouldn't bother coming in, it would be a waste of his time and mine. I view this as plain negligence, dishonesty, and irresponsibility, and the sale of alignments as fraud. AVOID this location or the chain entirely. If they did this to me and denied any responsibility as flippantly as Kyle did, or failed to even offer an apology, they will do it to you too then deny all accountability. read more

The front counter service advisor did an inspection of the vehicle and informed us what it needed and the possible costs of what it would cost to fix it. It was a terrible experience. I literally went somewhere else. I will never go back. I was told it would take "4 hours" to fix the exhaust gasket, and they said they had another problem, but the exhaust gasket was too important, I was told, and the cost was agreed upon This is a car care center where, if you go for an oil change, they will change your oil and find a few hundred dollars' worth of other problems with your vehicle. If you find out that they are doing the service here, be prepared to be out of the car longer than expected, pay more, and in the end, my car is still the same, and the next day, when I take it back to the shop. And after an hour, the mechanic tightened a few bolts and said Oh well, hopefully it will stop and get better but it didn't, and there is a problem with the exhaust that I have to pay more to fix. This is unprofessional and just a waste of the customer's tim,e and a lack of confidence. I was shocked. read more

Did complete the oil change timely. The manager was rude during the read off of his inspection. Some items he mentioned I had already replaced and he was very defensive stating it is a read out from the computer and not a physical inspection. I felt he talked down towards me because I was female and grew more defensive with my mentioning that my brother was a certified mechanic and I understand the basics. An hour before close (the next day), they had not called, so I phoned them. I was greeted with (I paraphrase) "I meant to call you a couple hours ago but, I was busy and forgot--the instructions from Ford indicate this is a more complex job than we knew, so it'll be end-of-day Monday before it's done." This is a car care center where if you go in for an oil change, they'll do a great job changing your oil and finding several hundred dollars of other things wrong with your vehicle. If you find yourself getting service performed here, be prepared to be without a vehicle for longer than expected, to pay more than you should, and to very plausibly be on the end of the "oops, I was too busy and forgot to call" message. I went here because they were one of the only tire places open before 8. I went to get my tire patched and my windshield wiper fluid filled. They didn't fill my wiper fluid like I asked. And about a week and a half later my PSI on the tire kept going down to about 25, I figured it was because of the cold weather we've been having. I start filling up the tire about every two days. Finally, I take it somewhere else and they told me the patch was done incorrectly. They had to redo it. read more

I usually go to the dealership for my oil changes (I like the guys, they get it done fast, etc). However, due to our travel schedule, I needed to get in before they could see me. So I made an appointment at the Meineke close to home for eight in the morning... first appointment, shouldn't take long, etc. I was very wrong. While the staff was nice, I was there for over 2.5 hours. They only had one tech, which, I was told, extended my 1 hour expected service time to 1.2 hours... not ideal, but everyone is short staffed, I get it. But when my car hadn't even been pulled into the bay at the hour mark, I became concerned... but at 9:30 they told me they were almost done though but that they had hurt the filter putting it back in and would run to the auto shop next door to grab the part (and should be 5 min).... However, this didn't happen until 10:30. They shaved off some of the cost, which was nice, but the cost wasn't important, it was the time. And 2.5 hours for an oil change (where it should have take 30 min to an hour, especially for the first one of the day), is ridiculous. Won't be back. read more

Started with something that I thought I could fix just by replacing the Upper hoses on My BMW. Decided My Time was worth more to pay someone to do it. Glad they did. Life happens, often people think that a shop is up-charging you after you drop off Your car for a simple scheduled service, nothing could be farther from the Truth when you need something done. A benefit of taking Your car/suv to a decent shop is to let the Experts do the work and often They will see something that you could not have if the car was Not on a lift. With that said, turns out what I thought was just a hose or seal leak that I could have done in 1 hour and $80. part from Amazon in My driveway ended up being average wear-n-tear on My radiator base. Age, Salt, Snow... just wear. Ending up, Thankfully, getting a New Radiator, hoses and a fluid system flush. Yest this was TEN Times more than I was Expecting to Pay $$. But I am glad I did. I have protected My investment and Won't be found stranded on the side of I-470 with maybe a burned out engine, a total loss of Our collectible baby BMW. So continue to trust the professionals, No-one is Out to Gouge you, people aren't in business for that. Do not go here! Save your MONEY, GRIEF, TIME and MOST IMPORTANT SAVE YOUR CAR!!! The absolute worst experience I have ever had, a waste of 6 months' time and a loss of $1,000.00 My car was misdiagnosed with various issues which none of them fixed the reason I brought my car in for. MEINEKE replaced my brakes, my brake pads twice, discs, rotors, and bearings. These were unnecessary repairs my car did not need. The store manager (Kevin Rohrman) said all cars make noise, deal with it, and turn on your radio. He then said it could be your transmission and we can never figure this out. I reached out to the district manager (Perry Kline) and explained my situation. He said he will investigate it and call me back in a couple of days, he never did. The district manager ignored my phone calls for 6 weeks, I left at least 30 messages on his office phone and cell phone, he never returned anyone of my calls. I finally was able to speak to the district manager due to a co-worker in my office that knew him. MEINEKE took my car for the weekend, the district manager washed his hands on the situation and said nothing is wrong with the repairs MEINEKE did, take it to Volks Wagon and have them figure it out. I told the district manager I want to take him on a drive and point out the problem. He said he will call me after the new year. He never called me back, we last spoke in December 2020, I have left numerous messages again. The store manager and district manager did not do anything to fix the problem or refund me my money. MEINEKE never figured out the problem with my car and did unnecessary repairs it did not need. I am out $1,000.00, I have lost 6 months of my time and had a lot of grief dealing with management, and my car is NOT FIXED! I filled a complaint with the MEINEKE corporate office and the Better Business Bureau. read more

I've been using this shop for work on all my cars. I've had a RAV-4, VW Passat and a VW Cabriole in for various work and routine maintenance. Gordon is the owner and the most honest repair person you will find. During one trip in with the Passat, he called to tell me that the work had not gone well. I'm thinking, uh-oh, more money will be needed. Instead, Gordon told me that during the removal of the bad part, they accidentally broke another part. Problem was the broken part wasn't anywhere nearby. He asked if they could have it another day until the part came in. Now most shops I've dealt with in the past would never admit to breaking a part, they would just call me up with some excuse that they found additional problems, then charge me for their bad mistake. Meineke fixed the car the next day and no new charges were put on my bill. Have been using these guys for at least 7 years now and I hope that Gordon never sells the place! read more

I spent a long time looking for the best price on a trivial thing of installing a new tail pipe. This was the first place I stopped and after searching around for a couple hours, I came back here... It was laughable what the other guys were trying to to "tale" me about my tail pipe repairs ;) It's not always the company that makes things great; for me, it was the manager that showed such great respect towards me. They won't take advantage of you and sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. This is rare in "franchise" like stores. It was the manager, it was Meineke. Great job. I walked in requesting an oil change and I was told they didn't have any availability until the following day. When I went online to make an appointment, it showed they had multiple appointment windows available on the same day and I ended up booking an appointment using the website and going back an hour after I was already there. Also, there is a sign on the door saying that it is mandatory to wear a face covering but apparently this rule doesn't apply to employees who are interacting with customers. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes while the oil change was being performed and Cody did not have a mask on the entire time nor did he wear one while he was interacting with customers. I don't necessarily expect mechanics to wear a mask while servicing vehicles, but at the very least I feel like they should be compelled to wear one while interacting with customers as the smallest of courtesies. read more

I called this place on a Saturday morning after realizing that my car was way over the oil-change milage interval. The dealership couldn't get me in so I turned to Yelp and found this place. Gordon greeted me when I walked in and honored a coupon I found online. While my car was being serviced, I discussed an issue that I had noticed with my car's front suspension. He patiently explained the diagnostic process in detail. They do charge for diagnostics ($48 half hour / $96 per hour), but offered to apply it to the final cost of repair if I got the car fixed at their location. Meanwhile, the mechanic working on my car came back to tell me that both of my tail lights were out. I did not think much of it and asked them to change the bulbs. A few minutes later, another car pulled in for an oil change. This gentleman was also told that both his tail lights were out. It could have been a coincidence, but I am not sure if this is standard operating procedure at this store. I find it highly suspicious that the only 2 cars that were in for service during the time I was there, both had blown tail lights. Hmmm....
