Meinholz Overhead Door recently installed a brand new garage door and garage door machine for my wife and I. We could not be happier with the prompt service we were provided along with the professional quick installation of the door. Our garage door unit and door broke all together on a Monday night. I called Travis and he was at my house the next day, Tuesday. By Thursday morning he had removed the broken door and installed the new one. The job exceeded our expectations and more importantly he understood that we needed the job done as quickly as possible since the temperatures had been consistantly below zero for sometime. After my husband spent 2.5 hours trying to fix our garage door himself, I said we're going to call a professional! It's always a little nerve-wracking on what a professional will charge you when you are unfamiliar with standard rates or whether they will try to scam you (auto repair, home repair, etc). Have no fear, Travis is not that guy and did a great job with a fair price, quick turnaround time, and a friendly demeanor. I gave him a ring at 7 AM the day before Thanksgiving and he was able to come in a couple hours and quickly repair our garage door to repair the cable so it was properly attached. He was very prompt with his timing, gave us an honest, well explained estimate about an economy price and an upgrade price. Travis was fantastic! My garage is unusual in that it required a shorter opener than the standard. Travis was the only company in the Madison area that was willing to install an opener for me. My garage threw a couple other curve balls but Travis came prepared with both tools and materials. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my multitude of questions.
