Everything at Mei's Spa and Retreat feels calming and intentional. I had a fantastic Swedish Massage with Yan. She focused on the tension in my shoulders and spent generous, thoughtful time on my arms and legs. I could tell right away that she's a true professional, and I felt completely comfortable in her hands (pun intended). The massage room itself was soothing, with soft, pastel lighting, gentle music, and a pleasant aroma. Yan used hot stones on my back and checked in often to make sure the temperature was comfortable. I never felt rushed throughout my massage, only cared for and valued. Mei's Spa and Retreat is a peaceful escape, before, during, and after your appointment. I love that Mei's considers the little things, like soft, comfortable robes and an array of beauty products while in the changing area. I'm looking forward to another massage the next time I'm in town. read more

Went it for a head spa service with Mei and it was fantastic. Spa itself is quiet and relaxing, with a cute sitting area with a fireplace while you wait. My scalp and hair feel incredible, and you get to see your scalp before and after with a camera. Will go for back for sure. read more

Meis Spa and Retreat was a wonderful experience. I got the Japanese head massage and lumina hydrating face mask and it was magical. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Their coffee bar is fantastic. I would highly recommend them! read more

The massage was okay. I expected a better experience for the price. I wasn't given an option to relax prior to my service even though I arrived early. The massage room was loud. There was the noise of a vacuum the entire time. After the massage, there wasn't a shower that I was made aware of. The massage therapist left and I wasn't sure where to go. I went and got dressed to leave. It was very weird. It was very expensive and the experience wasn't good. read more

Arrived at appointment and Kanoa took the time to explain all massage options and discuss which might be the best option for me based on my needs. They offer Orthopedic, CranioSacral, Accu-Roller, Reiki, and Scar tissue management and more for options. You can tell that staff have been highly educated and make you feel comfortable in their presence. The room was a nice temperature and large space to move around freely. The 60 min massage was tailored to my needs exactly. I chose the Orthopedic type massage and had wonderful benefits that I noticed immediately and for weeks following.
