Towards the end I asked to add a service (eyebrow wax) and this is something that I usually do myself because of bad past experiences, but I was quite impressed by Lisa's skills. I have a very strong brow ridge and some of my eyebrows grow out in odd directions due to a scar and she had no trouble at all navigating all of that and leaving me with a shape that was very flattering to my face. I observed the way she pulled the wax strip opposite of the direction of growth, and in my experience that usually leads to bumps at the follicles, so that was my only concern.
