The receptionist was so dense she couldn't understand that I can only do mornings and continued to try to book me for afternoons. What started as a small filling turned into a $400 crown done without a root canal, plus a $400 mouthguard I was pressured to buy. They rushed billing, dismissed my concerns, and the mouthguard is now causing jaw pain. I asked for a refund because the mouthguard is no longer aligning after the crown placement and was refused, only more upsell offers. These people are greedy and manipulative. Got to the office early as I figured they'd have me sign some new patient paperwork and turns out they did. Really amazing experience going here for the first time and referred this Clinic with my relatives. Registration is quick and easy and waiting time is short. Being a new client, I expect that appointment will take long due to xrays and evaluations but I felt comfortable and at ease. From receptionist, dental hygienist to billing, all staff are nice (all smiles) and professional. My hygienist is Logan and she was really amazing. Her hands were so gentle and light and I even fell asleep on the chair if not because of the suctioning I will sleep the entire time. I've got my teeth cleaned here twice. The dental assistant and hygienist here were amazing, and they have some pretty cool tech that makes you feel like it's a state of the art facility. So why 1 star? During my first visit, doctor Jameena Abdulkareem correctly informed me that my molars were in bad shape due to night-time teeth grinding, and that I didn't have any cavities. They recommended fillings for the dents caused by the teeth grinding, and I made an appointment to get the fillings but later canceled. After my second cleaning, the doctor stepped in and advised me to get for fillings for my cavity. I pushed back, saying that they specifically confirmed that I didn't have any cavities during my last visit, but the doctor insisted. After some back and forth, she pulled up my x-rays from the first visit and "showed me" the cavity. I'm still not fully convinced they were my x-rays. I insisted that they said I didn't have any, and she doubled down by saying that she may have forgotten to inform me of the cavity last time. Pretty important thing for a dentist to forget, right? I said that I'd call them back about the fillings, but I knew that I would not be coming back. Today, I got another cleaning from a different dentist and, lo and behold, NO CAVITIES. Obviously, cavities don't disappear on their own. Based on this experience, I'm left to conclude that this doctor participates in predatory business practices by suggesting unneeded procedures based on lies, in order to increase her bottom line. If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly suggest you look elsewhere, as they may trick you into unneeded procedures. Highly unethical, dishonest, predatory behavior. read more

I was a client for 3 years and honestly I chose them because they were so kind and accommodating to my schedule but that changed after a couple years. The last year I was there they'd have me come in for appointments and wait 20+ minutes for a pre scheduled appointment and gave me attitude at the front desk when i kindly asked when I would be taken back since I was there on my lunch hour and couldn't wait for something I had taken extra time off for. Another couple instances I was unable to confirm appointments due to my work schedule and family emergencies I experienced. When I called them after the chaos in my life had calmed down to reschedule those appointments, I was very rudely threatened by front office with being charged for a no show fee before I could even explain my situation. My last straw was today when I had an appointment scheduled from 3 weeks before and it was canceled last minute today due to someone calling in sick. I called and explained to them I understand that things like getting sick isn't preventable but if they were to just assign me a different hygienist because I had specifically taken PTO just to make this appointment (when they are open till 6pm but their last appointment was only available at 2pm) and they couldn't do anything to help me. It's just so frustrating that they can't be somewhat accommodating to people who work the usual 9-5 and especially myself as Ive been with them for over three years and even chose to do my Invisalign for almost 2K and they can't even work with my schedule or be a little kinder when I'm just trying to get my dental health in order. I really hope they read this review and reflect on the way they treat their clients, especially such as myself who opted to do ortho care through them as well. read more

It is so hard to find a good dentist office. I knew it was time to find a new one, because at my last one I didn't feel like my concerns about my teeth were fully being heard and addressed, so I ended up checking out Tracy Orchard because they had really great reviews on Yelp, today was my first appointment and I see why they have such great reviews. Due to being pregnant I can admit my patience are quiet slim, Instead of calling Tracy Orchard on the phone, I ended up reaching out to them through their online chat. I got an appointment right away, without any hassle. I also set up my husband appointment, they just made it so simple, so we were already starting off to a good start. My appointment was at 12:30, I had paperwork already taken care of because I did it online, I just needed to sign a few papers, when I came in. Their office was VERY CLEAN and nice. Equipment was defiantly up to date. I've been to many dentist offices in my time , so for the most part I'm very aware of my mouth. Coming in I knew that something was not right, and that I would be in need of a filling or a possible root canal. Which could of been avoided if my original dentist office would have listened to me. Dr. Kareem came in and explained more in depth, what was going on in my mouth, and what I respected most was that she wasn't in a rush, she listened to me, and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. The coming in goal was to focus on my area of pain, but instead we killed two birds with one stone. I got to see the hygienist and get a much needed deep clean. Sandra was so passionate with her work, I've done deep cleans before but hers were very different she took her time, she educated me on what she was doing and why she was doing it, and what I needed to do in order to not be in this situation again. PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING HERE...I would Never bring my kids back to this Dentist EVER again. They called me 6 times in an hour to ask me if I can come in earlier. They cancelled my appointment without notice. I just saw that two other reviewers have had similar problems within the last 45 days as well. I received an email and a text message the day before my appointment saying that the office was looking forward to my appointment the following morning at 8:00 am. When I arrived at 8:00 am, I was told that my appointment was cancelled and given to somebody else because I did not confirm my appointment. (Even though the email and text that I received the day before did not say anything about confirming my appointment). I saw that all negative reviews have a reply from Lance saying to call the office, so I did. I spoke with Melissa, who claimed to be the manager and kept talking over me, not allowing me to explain the situation. Melissa stated that I received three texts and three emails and should have confirmed my appointment. The first email and text said nothing about confirming my appointment, and the third email and text said nothing about confirming my appointment. So you have to pay attention to the random text and email they send in between to get the confirmation link. When I told Melissa that the last email I received did not ask me to confirm my appointment and even included a confirmation number, she replied "I know for a fact that it does not include a confirmation number" (I have attached an image of the email with the confirmation number to this review). When I suggested to Melissa that the business should do a better job of communicating appointment confirmations and cancellations to their customers, she replied "That goes both ways, you didn't communicate with us either" Overall the response from Melissa has deterred me from doing business here, which is unfortunate because I enjoyed the hygienist and dentist, but it's not worth dealing with poor customer service. read more

I have been coming here with my family for years and I have to say that their customer service has gone to the crapper. Twice now I have been treated very rudely. This time I called for a bill that was sent to me just because I asked for what service it was since we usually pay before we leave the office. I was sarcastically told that if I paid then they wouldn't be billing me would they? And if that made sense to me! Obviously it didn't. Also, check the amount that your being billed. I booked a full consultation on-line. That was changed based on a phone call a few days later, where I assumed incorrectly that they were gathering pre-appointment info. Based on that call my visit was turned into an emergency appointment, without my knowledge, because when the caller asked if I had cold or heat sensitivities I said yes. I was in a room for 45 min before Dr came in and I was rushed through that visit where she only really wanted to discuss my cold sensitivities, which confused me based on the appointment I asked for. Then after the dr left I immediately overheard a conversation behind me about some VIP needing a room and another room being down. I was placed back in the lobby and then called to the desk where my care and cost quotes were discussed in front of everyone. I recently moved to Tracy and went there because my boyfriend recommended them. (He thinks they're recently under new ownership?) I left my old dentist only because the move and I did not want to travel far for a dentist. Tracy Orchard took two hours for only X-rays and photos and then told me "unfortunately we don't have time for your cleaning, we'll have to reschedule you for next week." They also told me I had 4 cavities they needed to fill, and one they may need to go under the gums for. (What???) How do you even tell me all that without going into my mouth? They told me it would be almost $300 for the work I "needed". They also did an oral cancer screening with a machine that I did not ask for, told me there was no cost, then sent me a bill in the mail. I did the drive and returned to my old dentist who I have gone to for years and trust very much. I had ZERO cavities and no other issues. I was in and out in an hour with all the care I need. After having a phobia of dentists thru out my childhood and early adult years it still is anxiety inducing for me sometimes and it's not the easiest to feel comfortable and consistent trying someone new (after having a great dentist in the bay for years and years). After booking my appt, Alondra called me and she was very pleasant and friendly over the phone! Today was my first appt and as soon as I stepped into the practice, I noticed how nice it looked and also the smiling faces behind the counter greeting me (one being Alondra). The customer service oriented nature in addition to the beautiful, well kept waiting room was inviting! My hygienist Huyen (pronounced Win) was extremely gentle and friendly. She explained everything thoroughly and frequently ensured I was doing okay and if I needed anything. The tools and machines they have including the x rays machines, etc are state of the art!! I was really impressed at some of the tech they have!!! The Dr I saw today Dr. Bellap was professional, and personable.
