Very poor dental practice. Was not allowed to see a bridge they did until after it got cemented in. The last tooth is so big, you can not see the tooth behind it. Had I seen this before cementing it in, I would of made them re-do it. Cost me dearly almost $4,000 out of pocket too. Time for me to look for a different dentist. Not on my life. I went in with a beautiful smile and a zirconia veneers, one had come off. That veneer broke my tooth. So she proceeded to scare me and tell me all my veneers had to be removed and replaced with crowns or my teeth would all start breaking. This was one of my greatest nightmares come to life. I was told it would look the same it's just that I should have never had veneers, i should have been told I needed crowns from the start. She removed the broken tooth gave me 3 root canals and a bridge on that one tooth. When the crowns arrived they were not the same color they were coffee stained looking and had to be reordered. She placed them in , 2 teeth were smaller. I brought this to her attention she said they looked beautiful. I was being too critical. Her assistant agreed with her. It was my imagination. I went home every day I had to look at my runt teeth. I went back for the teeth cleaning, they left the screen facing me. I think to myself , that's a pretty smile, my photos will come up soon. So I mention it . The new assistant says these are your photos. I Get up and put on my glasses. I can see the before and after. I'm pissed. I complain to the office manager and I wait for a meeting with dr Singh . And I wait one week and two and finally I go back in she agrees to order two replacement crowns that will match the rest, and look similar to what I walked in with. I went in today she starts working on removing the two crowns and then says I knew this would happen. She hands me a mirror and says " I told you this would happen". I told her what the Fk, you left me toothless, you Fk'en did this on purpose because I complained. You didn't tell me this would or could happen , you think I would have let you near my mouth if you had told me that. This whole thing with discount cost over 13 Grand. Now I have to go to an oral surgeon to get implants on those two teeth. I'm still pissed and in pain . my big problem is that I trust people to do what they say they can do. They have a new office location with a lot of parking, the clinic environment is very clean & relaxing. Well first off the initial interaction over the phone was quite pleasant but when I arrived for my appointment that changed. They were having me fill out my information through a 3rd party app which I didnt feel comfortable about nor have I ever had to do at any other dentist office. I then called in from the parking lot to inquire about it and that same lady that was so pleasant from the initial phone call wasnt so pleasant as I asked questions to better understand the need of the third party app. Nowadays with all of these data breaches I would like to be safe so I ask questions, especially before signing anything. The attitude I received was not warranted in the least bit. It was a little confusing when it came to payments as they were stating its not their responsibility to know our insurance benefits and that they expect all payments paid regardless of insurance coverage or not. Thats fine but EVERY dentist ive ever been to has sat down with me and gave me full notice of what the procedures were, what the out of pocket cost would be for me and what my insurance would cover. I also saw reviews online about these guys overcharging or not fully explaining cost to patients and them being stuck on the wrong end of the stick afterwards so I wanted to inquire. Again, ive never seen a dentist office warning you to talk to your insurance yourself to make sure that youre covered. Usually any decent dentist office would know your coverage and sit down with you to go over whats covered and whats out of pocket. The way the front desk ladies were like irritated by me asking simple questions was disappointingto say the least. I then said that maybe I should just go to another dentist because of the attitude on my first encounter and the shadiness of not being able to tell me whats what. As I was walking out one of the ladies made a comment and started to laugh. To which I turned around and asked her what she said and what was so funny. She smugly said she didnt say anything and was laughing at the computer and not me (yeah because dental forms are so damn hilarious huh? Smh..) I then just tried to be humble and hold my tongue and left. If thats the level of service you get during the initial exam then in my opinion it will only get worse. I genuinely appreciate this location and will continue to visit them for my dental needs, regardless of where I am. They are gentle, compassionate, caring, friendly, and many other positive adjectives! I value their honesty and input when it comes to the health of my teeth. Yeah, dental insurances are a pain but they work so well with me and considers my coverage cycles to plan future appointments accordingly. Don't know if I said it before, but if you know that pricey dental care is needed, get a second insurance plan at least 6 months before you intend to get the work done! It has been a lifesaver and the encouragement I need to get the work done! EVERYONE is amazing! Only gripe I can think of is the Saturday appointments being rescheduled. This day works the best for me since I'm 6 towns over but their rescheduling has been good so far. I am not sure of the exact reason why Saturdays keeps getting canceled but if you give me a resolution that works for me, then I'm good. Especially since I'm like 6-7 towns over. Their response time is great. Yeah. I haven't had an huge issues with this office but I can confidently say that if it does happen, we can work on a resolution together. This is my experience with this dental service! Absolutely rude, I check in some days don't even get a Hello when I walk in the building for 5 to 10 minutes sometimes not at all. I got teeth removed they didn't put any type of stitches in, didn't give any type of cleaning materials to keep everything cleared out! the dental hygienist was shocked that the doctor did this. she seemed beside herself that she even left it like that.. The Tipping Point was waiting for my partial, they messed up and it broke 2 hours after putting it in! I appreciate the team at this dentist office. Especially Heather. It's easy to see that Heather has a lot of experience. When she assists, like scanning my teeth, or filing down my teeth, she makes an effort not to hurt me. She does small things like holds the lip out further for extra protection or slowly turns the big handle mouth camera carefully so it doesn't jam into the back side of my jaw. I think she puts herself in the shoes of the patient. Heather pays attention to the small details to help make the people that are vulnerably sitting in the dental chair, as comfortable as possible. Heather also gives great tips on dental hygiene and teeth whitening that have taught me new things. Her expertise and friendliness is appreciated. I didn't give a 5 star because of prices. Dental care is ridiculously expensive. Overall, the whole team is pretty good and thorough. Heather seated me and we clicked automatically she was great to help with my anxious mindset on my filling that i needed to get redone. I usually don't write reviews unless they've made either a really great impact or a bad one and let me just say that this place is one of the best dentist places you can go to. 1. I have a wisdom tooth and was in so much pain and they squeezed me in the same day. 2. They don't try to rip you off. The last dentist that I went to, I ended up paying $600 for an extraction of a wisdom tooth and that's WITH INSURANCE. Mind you with the SAME insurance I got quoted less than $100.
