BEWARE COMMUNITY I had a horrible experience with this dentist office. I have been a customer since the office opened. I have been through the several owners an new doctors . The service an products they use has gone down tremendously. I recently had bridge work done few months ago. My temporary fell off twice. This tells me the products they are using are not top grade. I also had to come back three times for my permenant bridge due to it not fitting properly. I was told each time it was the lab fault. I just found out the bridge they put in on the opposite side two years ago had a leakage which caused me to need a root canal an replacement. I go every year, they do exam an xrays. I don't understand how this was overlooked. The office manager refused to honor there services . I'm filing a claim with my insurance. Also my son moved had to go to another dentist in the Bay Area the crown that Naglee did had to replaced . His crown was less than year old. read more

The type of care I'm receiving is a series of things, but the first step in my series is a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning was done by Jessica, and she was awesome. She went over what the procedure is going to be like and asked for any questions, or concerns I had before starting. I asked how to properly floss and brush, and she showed me and demonstrated how to do them properly to help in the future. The office and the entire staff are super friendly and nice. At the same time, they do their best to help financially with any procedures you do and give a consultation and list of costs before doing anything which is great to plan things out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. read more

The efficiency and professionalism of every single member of the office. The quality of care and service exceeded my expectations.

I had an appointment and was left waiting for almost hour past my scheduled until I finally asked. Felt like I was came there and had no appointment the way I was waiting. Other patients who had the same appointment time (and were even having the same procedure) were seen before and after me. Since I had to reschedule once previously, it felt like they didn't really care -- and because I'm on a payment plan, I don't feel like a priority at all as a patient based off the comments I heard from a lady on the side of front desk. Some of the staff there carry themselves with a who cares attitude anyway. For the price even with insurance I'd advise a different dentist office in the area. read more

Absolutely loved this place, I needed a same day cleaning and they got me in right away. The staff went above and beyond for my first time experience, Dr. Hsin explained everything and educated me on things I didn't even know were going on with my teeth or gums, I was so amazed. I'm most definitely making this place my primary dentist. The whole staff deserves a 10/10 they actually care for their patients and take the time to give you a game plan on what you can do to better your dental hygiene. I have been going to this dentist office for a couple of years now. The facility is nice and in a convenient location. On a technical level, I would say they are solid. The staff all seem competent enough, but there are a few things that have me looking for another dentist. First, they "remind" me of my appointment date and time perhaps as many as six times in the weeks and days leading up to my appointment time, which is good. However, after all of that reminding that I show up on time, they regularly keep me waiting way past my appointment time without even giving me the courtesy of a "So sorry. We're running a little late". I was patient the first few times, but I have since walked out after 15 minutes twice because of this. Then there is unrelenting upselling. I told them every time since they first offered it to me, that I do not want the laser treatment. Yet they continually push it. This last visit, the desk clerk checked me in stating, "Your x-rays and cleaning are covered. That will be $130 for the laser treatment." Of course, I refused it, AGAIN. That sounded more like a demand for payment than an offer of services, as if I would just whip out my credit card to take care of that. Between that stunt and them again keeping me waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time without a word from the staff, I was done and walked out. I have no tolerance for companies that don't respect my wishes or my time.They never bothered (this time or the last) to follow up with me about why I walked out. I visited this dentist 6 months ago for standard cleaning and left feeling quite uneasy. Dr. Husam recommended a root canal on a tooth that wasn't causing me any pain or discomfort. When I asked for time to think it over, he insisted that waiting could make it 'too late' and pressured me to make a decision right then and there. I felt rushed rather than given the space to fully understand the necessity of the procedure. Thank goodness, I didn't agree on it. Fastforward to today my teeth hasn't bothered me at all and doesn't require any treatments. If you're someone who values a thoughtful approach and time to make decisions about your health, you may want to be cautious or ask plenty of questions at this office. I believe in informed choices, and unfortunately, I didn't feel I was given that here. This kind of practice raises a lot of red flags for me. Dental care is about trust, and I didn't feel like I was in good hands here. I feel like the dentist is more interested in pushing unnecessary expensive treatments than actually caring about what was best for me as a patient. The quality of care seemed fine but the upsell and the fact that they have a payment setup chair-side is concerning. I've never been to a dentists office that literally had a whole financial setup at the dang chair. I know everyone needs to make money but I did not feel comfortable continuing beyond the exam. This review is for the initial walk in, teeth evaluation, and first deep cleaning. I have not been to the dentist in over 13+ years due to major dental anxiety, and bad past experiences, so just getting through the door was a tough one for me! That being said, the staff was extremely friendly and understanding, I felt more at ease as I was getting x-rays everyone was respectful and cheerful. Dr. Husam was also non-judgemental and helpful with his evaluation. I didn't feel pressured or any negativity. Afterward, I received a comprehensive printout of all recommended procedures plus their cost breakdowns and was able to ask many questions along the way without feeling like I was hassling someone for basic information. About a week later I came in for a deep clean with laser treatment with a very kind and sympathetic Hygienist named Jessica Ponce. I told her my concerns about sensitive areas that needed work and she listened and was careful not to poke or prod areas without checking first. Also this may seem like a small thing, but I really appreciated the fact that she did not let my spittal pool up in my mouth for long periods while cleaning. In the past that has happened at other dental offices. She was very professional and thorough! I highly recommend this office. Once I've had my crowns and major work done with Dr. Husam I will come back and add to this review. No too sure about this place. Called to get a "teeth cleaning"....period. Never had a cavity, better check, but all I asked for is teeth cleaning. Filled out the forms and told them I just had X-rays, they asked to do four anyway so I said ok. Now maybe I'm getting sensitive?? but the dentist poked my gums....and that girl gets the trophy for poking the hardest. Then she said we should put in a filling in a chip so it doesn't get a cavity.... It's been there over a dozen years and no cavity yet so I said please no, just the cleaning. She didn't like the fact I don't want an old chip back on a molar to get a filling. Then she said she'll send in an office person to set an appointment for a cleaning? WTF that's all I came for. A few words exchanged - nothing heated, but I'd prefer I never talk to this D grade dentist again. Well, this is where I went from two star treatment by a hard poking dentist to a nice office person - thank goodness! They arranged the cleaning with Jessica. I've had this Dentist for 25 years. Have emergency root canal need to be done. They sent me to a dentist that is three days out. Can't eat. Over the past 5 years this office has gone down hill and could care less about there patients. Stated they don't do root canals yet he performed 3 on me in the past. Nothing but lies from them. Well I had my first appointment today and I was very impressed with the staff overall. Office is clean, front desk is tidy and welcoming. The dentist left me feeling confident that I was in good hands and not being pushed into any unnecessary treatments. Exceptional cleaning by hygienist Jessica. She was so gentle and thorough... she really made me feel comfortable through a more intense (deep) cleaning that I needed. My first visit to this place was relatively decent. Yesterday was my 2nd for Scaling and Root Planing. Firstly there was no readout provided for what this would have cost me. I was shocked to see the estimate to $300 when i walked in. They "Hygienist" I repeat "Hygienist" was so hygienic that she was scaling my teeth and depositing the same on the bib that she had tied around me. Was almost going to puke at the visual. They do not have a sink in the vicinity. After the procedure was over, when i asked to spit, she asked me to swallow what was tasting absolutely bitter - I do not know if I want to go back to this place. read more

Stars**********10+1* Giving just 5 stars would have just been damn right dishonest, and extra-credit was also necessary; From the dentist to the hygienist to the assistant and even all the way up to the front desk, the entire staff went way above and beyond even my highest expectations for reasonable care! I'm usually a laid-back type of dude but something about the dentist gives me extreme anxiety, but the entire staff has a way of exuding a strong sense of confidence, while also creating a calming and trusting environment. They were even gentle in their presentation of the bill (major source of anxiety) and the future cost I'll have to incur......and not from them trying to upsale you either, but rather in assisting you in making a decision that will have an impact on your entire life. The entire crew has an infectious (not Covid) spirit of care, so much so that it helped me realize the importance of my own self-care. I believe that's called "LOVE", which apparently seems to be the right answer for all of the other flaws our society faces (Excuse me, got political foor a moment)! I would never write this much, but it was honestly like having a therapeutic dental experience; I feel so much better after visiting them, I'm even gonna skip the psychologist and going to church this weekend, haha! In a time when it's difficult to discern whether or not someone has your best interest in mind; you won't have to worry about having that type of fear, nor deception as you allow yourself to be vulnerable as you're being treated here! They treat you as if you deserve to be loved and you walk out better because of it; wanting to pay it forward, and even desiring to contribute to the upward trajectory of solidarity! I recommend Naglee Dental if you're in the process of reinventing yourself, dental hygiene (especially good breath) and a great smile is a great starting point when transitioning into the person you'd like to see yourself become. My husband and I searched the area for a good Dentist for me. He had already under went full mouth implants and now it was my turn to get my teeth done. I just did not want to go with his dentist for personal reasons I won't go into here. So we searched for one for me. We went to several to get estimates on the work I needed done and ended up going with Dr. Entabi at Naglee Dental Group in Tracy because not only did my husband like his prices but I just had a good feeling about him. Something that does not often happen with me and dentists. I also liked his staff at the front desk and in the dental work rooms. They are all multi tasking rock stars. I got one extraction, 3 implants, one crown and one bridge and one deep cleaning. I'm all finished and all I need to do now is get my regular cleanings and check ups and take better care of my teeth. I am so very happy with the results and have decided that this is going to be my dental clinic from now on. If you are looking for a good Dentist and dental clinic give Naglee Dental a try. I had a routine cleaning appointment and the whole experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The staff rushed the service and forgot to do other steps that normally is conducted in a cleaning. I hate going to the dentist. So, naturally, I am also difficult and unhappy the entire time that I am there. That being said, Dr Aggarwal and her team at Naglee Dental Group made the experience as pleasant as possible. They were patient with me, and empathetic. I did not have to wait long to be seen, 5 mins after my scheduled appointment at most. Her dental assistant was very friendly and comfortable to be around. I really appreciated how the dental cleaning was done by the dentist, and not the assistant, also. Lastly, I did not feel like they were up-selling me at all. The office takes great measures to keep a clean, safe environment and the staff goes above and beyond regarding COVID safety measures. I have to say-- I have had crowns done in the past at other offices, but the work I had done here was superior to all of them. Dr. Aggarwal is absolutely amazing. I really appreciate her attention to detail, patience, and the fact that she truly cares about her patients and their concerns. I had to get a root canal and fillings done in her office and had a lot of anxiety surrounding the procedures that had to be done but her team really eases your nerves with their kindness- from the women at the front to the dental assistant. Kindness is not the only thing present in this office, but as I said before Dr. Aggarwal is very caring and pays much attention to detail. My sibling also comes to this office and she had something that had to be addressed so I came with her to keep her company. Out of the kindness in her heart, Dr. Aggarwal checked out a concern I had in my mouth as well- I didn't even have an appointment. She is very flexible and if you have the smallest concerns she will attend to them and make sure you are ok. I have a cut in my mouth and she even scheduled me a week out just to check on the cut and make sure it's ok; that in itself shows that she cares about her patients. Just showed up for my son's appointment after rearranging my schedule and they were closed. Someone inside looked on her computer and said they called and spoke to me in the morning and left me a message. I have no messages on my phone nor did they call. I showed her my phones call log. She still insisted they spoke to me. Now I have to plan another day to bring him. It's just frustrating when they don't say sorry or take responsibility for their mistake. After getting a filling at another dentist office, I wasn't able to chew on my right side for 5 months. I saw Dr. Aggarwal just this past week and she completely fixed the issue and I am now able to chew with ZERO pain! Dr. Aggarwal and her team are so kind and pay close attention to detail. They really do care about you. I am also able to get appointments very quickly which is a huge perk. I would definitely give zero if that option is available. I am surprised to see the 5 stars reviews I don't trust. My wife had very bad experience with this hygienist Jessica ponce. This was the first visit for my wife to the clinic as being close to home just chose it from the insurance list. This lady wants to force my wife without her approval to start a cleaning procedure cost over $2700. Being having a good coverage from insurance she was insisting on starting the procedure. My wife didn't feel good with her unprofessionalism and decided to leave and check with her doctor in Livermore if this procedure is required as he did' t recommend it and didn't see any necessary for it since she had a cleaning visit on May, and he had all her latest Xrays. My wife called Naglee Dental Group to get an appointment for a regulator cleaning they refused to offer regular cleaning again they want to force her to get this expensive cleaning procedure. We don't recommend this clinic and give zero for dishonesty and unprofessionalism. read more

Scheduled a follow up specifically with Dr. Aggarwal to correct work she had done around bonding a couple of my teeth a few weeks ago. The problem was with the color of the bonding which was very different than my original bonding, and I was getting comments from family and friends that the color of my teeth had changed. I showed up for my scheduled 1:30 pm appointment, and I was seen by another dentist who was not aware of what I was there for, and she insisted that Dr. Aggarwal added filling and did not do full bonding, which is not true. Made me feel as though I was lying, and on top of that she commented that if I had done the work 2 months ago and was OK, why am I having an issue now. Obviously, I did not realize until my family and friends started commenting on my teeth, thus the reason for the follow up appointment. In any case, she finally agreed to add some whiter filling on the surface of the teeth, polish it, and be done. However, she mentioned a couple of times that she did not like to do bonding and preferred that I go with veneers, which is of course 5 times more expensive and not really necessary. I had bonding for over 25 years and recently I chipped it due to my own negligence. To make a long story short, I waited, waited, and waited until 3 PM before deciding to leave. As I was walking out, I ran into her, and I asked if she could be done by 3:30 because I had a meeting at 4:00 and needed to get back to work. She said we were pushing it but agreed to try. I went back to the patient room, and a minute later the nurse shows up telling me that we have to reschedule because the Dr. has another patient a head of me that she has not seen yet. Huh, 1) if my appointment was with Dr. Aggarwal, why was I passed along to another Dr. who was not even capable of addressing my issue? I had mentioned the specific reason for the follow up when I booked the appointment. 2) If the Dr. was not comfortable with bonding, why was I asked to stay unnecessarily? I felt they purposely delayed things, so I would leave on my own. 3) If my appointment was at 1:30, why was I told at 3:00 that there is another person a head of me? This place is seriously a joke and ran by a bunch of high school kids who don't understand the concept of time management, respect others' time, or understand the basics of customer service. Very very disappointing. I hope whoever is in charge of this office reads this review and takes the appropriate measures to change what is not working. Keep in mind, only 1.5% of people who have a negative experience write online reviews. So, this could not be an isolated incident. read more
