I started in my mid 30's with ongoing back issues, and over the years, they've helped me stay active and functioning despite severe disc degeneration, bulging discs, scoliosis, and arthritis. I was even told by an orthopedic surgeon years ago that I likely wouldn't be walking past age 35, which makes the care I've received here even more meaningful. They've also cared for my kids through years of intense sports like gymnastics, figure skating, and hockey all the way through college. Having someone you trust with both your own health and your kids' says everything. But that review deserves one of its own. For now, Dr Chris' care with my 3 kiddos has been incredible. Within 48 hours, I was presented with a very aggressive sales plan: a 10‑week program for $4,500 cash, or a one‑time payment of $3,500, requiring at least 3 visits per week and several machine‑based treatments. After that experience, I will not be returning. The business model felt more like a high‑pressure sales funnel than patient‑centered care. The treatment plan they pushed was extremely expensive, especially considering I have continued my own therapy & the following week, I went back to my trusted chiropractor in the same area, who did not nor has he ever pressured me into thousands of dollars of prepaid treatments and has helped me tremendously at a far more reasonable cost. It's unfortunate, because I went in hopeful, but I left feeling uncomfortable with their sales only approach and won't be going back.

I first went to Dr. Wiltgen a few years back for relief from chronic plantar fasciitis pain. I specifically sought him out because of his experience with ART. Right before my appointment I hurt my shoulder lifting a heavy piece of luggage overhead. Within 2 visits I got complete relief from my shoulder pain and full mobility restored. He also helped me get relief from my plantar fasciitis pain after years with 2 different podiatrists, PT, dry needling, cortisone and other therapies failed. I have gone to several different chiropractors over the years in different states for spine, neck and hip pain. Dr. Wiltgen is the first one to provide such individualized treatment. Every time he sees you he asks questions and does an assessment to see exactly what is going on with your body. He then customizes the treatment and gives you follow up if needed. I have also done dry needling with him for my lower back/SI and he is very skilled. I convinced my husband who also went to other chiropractors and was skeptical, to see Dr. Wiltgen. He has had chronic back issues and also developed frozen shoulder. He has helped give my husband more mobility and pain relief from the frozen shoulder than the other modalities he tried (hydrodilation) and also helps him keep his spine and back healthy. There have been times when Dr. Wiltgen has accommodated us with early appointments and his staff is great and will get you in if you are in acute pain.
