What really surprised me was how good the Vietnamese food was. The fresh garden rolls were light and tasty, and the pho was flavorful and hit the spot. Even better, the pho is available on their late-night menu, which is a huge plus when you're looking for something more satisfying than typical bar food. Great service, good food, and a unique menu combination that works surprisingly well. The owners do this because they were "boat people" during the Vietnam war and were rescued by American GIs during the evacuation. What makes this place even better is that they serve both happy time foods and pho as late night snacks. Would highly advise the management to not whitewash cultural foods and lean into authenticity a bit more.
