Nobody ever answers the phone, it always goes to a random voicemail, and when we do receive a phone back, it's always at the very end of the day on a Thursday. They are closed on Friday. Our daughter had to suffer through an entire weekend of having her tongue cut open because of an issue with her braces. When we called them on a Wednesday, we never received a phone call back until Thursday at 5 PM. So she spent six days in pain because they could not see her until Tuesday. Additionally, we are trying to order our other daughter a replacement retainer. I can never get a hold of them to get that order placed. Now her teeth are moving, and I don't want to have to put her back in braces. I really hope that they read this review and realize that they might need to step it up. You're well known in the towns of Erie and Louisville and countless people go to you. You are going to lose your customers due to lack of customer service.

Our third daughter recently started her time in braces and I know she'll have the same outcome. We agree with another reviewer in that there are zero gimmicks here. Dr Biety is super friendly, honest, and won't sell you something/services you don't need. He explains everything very well, from the initial consultation, through the whole process, up until the very end. I was shocked to read in another review that at some places, patients rarely see the Dr after the first consultation. Dr Biety is present at every single appointment; he checks in with how the patients are doing, has fun chatting with patients/parents and his staff. There are good vibes in this office! Her assistant, Jackie, botched multiple fillings that had to be filed down after the fact and continue to cause problems that can't be resolved without an out-of-pocket replacement. While Summit was able to get me a new retainer, the quality is questionable at best. I sought out a female practitioner and team who advertised experience and understanding of dental anxiety, but everyone I spoke to seemed ambivalent or even confused anytime I expressed concern about money or the quality of the work that was being done. I'm stuck with subpar fillings and will have to find a new provider anyway; I would caution new patients before pursuing care here.
