I am picky about my 5-star ratings, and the product/service has to be PERFECT to get a full 5 star rating. Let me tell you. If you need ANY type of cleaning service, look no further. Miriam is the BEST that you will ever find in Las Vegas, and even maybe in the Southwest US. I'm a bit detailed oriented so TRUST ME when I say I've researched ALL the cleaning services in Las Vegas. Through yelp and google, I think I contacted about 15 companies, actually tried 3 until I was fortunate to find Miriam. Her level of cleaning, attention to detail, professionalism, and just her commitment to high quality and reliability makes her the absolute best. You can check my other reviews - I am rarely this GLOWING when it comes to reviewing others but I am just filled with gratitude for Miriam's professionalism, assistance in emergencies, and constant superb quality with every job. She is hands down the BEST cleaning services and with highly competitive pricing. I know that when I ask her to do a job, she will be there on time, communicate throughout, and truly provide 5 star hotel service deep cleaning. I can not recommend her enough! If you're thinking for casual home cleaning, airbnb cleaning, or any type of cleaning services, Miriam is the way to go. DON'T SLEEP on the BEST cleaning company in Las Vegas. First of all, Miriam responded quickly to my request through yelp. She came by the same day of the request and assessed my home within 5 minutes. She gave me a reasonable quote and arrived the next business day with her cleaning partner. I am so impressed with the deep clean they've done. We are in the middle of decluttering for Spring and they moved around it to get the best results. They can handle challenges. My house smells and looks amazing. I will be hiring this company for monthly upkeep. And you should hire them too. read more

They did such a great job cleaning our house. It hadn't been deep cleaned for a while so it was well over due. They were very responsive and worked very quickly. Miriam and her crew did an OUTSTANDING job in our home!! I want this review to represent how hard they worked and how much of a great job they did! I'm so pleased. I reached out through the Yelp request, she responded promptly with a detailed message of what the job costs and listed all that's included (other companies couldn't even do that)! I'm 9 months pregnant while taking care of a 2 yr old, and I could really use the help around our home with all the toys and mess that I can't keep up with. She was able to fit me in her schedule as soon as available! Great communication and got right to work. Let me tell you, what they did was MAGIC! Left our home more clean and shiny than it has ever been! Did all my dirty dishes and my daughter's room was beautiful with all her stuffed animals layed out and bed tucked in tight and nicely, my kitchen and appliances were sparkling!!! My dogs dirty bed was all hairless & beyond! For how big our home is, it didn't seem to take them long at all. I had toys and crumbs in every space that's visible and not, and they got it all! She really heard me and understood the obvious help that I need around my home currently and with another baby on the way. They didn't waste any time or skip any part, and when they were done they were done! She had a polite, lovely and trusting presence upon meeting and speaking with her. Which is important for me considering I'll be home with my kids during the service. Not only was all the cleaning superb but the price was also great! I plan to have her biweekly, and I am SO looking forward to having HER be the one here to help us and our family. I would highly recommend her services to everyone! We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.
