I also opted to pick up at 8am on Saturday, since delivery was $25. Arrived at 8:30am and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to just hand me the arrangement. I am not even sure how to begin this post. A girlfriend of mine Jerry was in the hospital and her wife 60th birthday is today May 5, 2026 so while in the hospital, I helped her pick out an amazing one of a kind arrangement from this flower shop and the website picture is called. Love you to the moon, but in person is so much more beautiful than the picture on the website and the wonderful people there Leslie and Rennie (who designed the arrangement) are purely unimaginably sweet they worked with me on everything. They even knew when my son walked in who the arrangement was for very, very, very wonderful staff and wonderful customer service. Thank you!!!! This is the "Full of Love Bouquet". It was $119.99 plus tax and delivery fees came out to about $150. I've included the sample photo online and a picture of what we received, which was supposed to be same day delivery but only arrived after I called to remind them and they had apparently forgotten to send it. Without commenting on the product I'll let readers decide if they want to spend $150 on this or alternative get a $20-30 bouquet at Trader Joe's. It may be a matter of personal preference. read more

Wouldn't recommend this place. I came in looking for roses to gift the moms at my preschool for Valentine's Day and needed 45. First, they charged $120 for 12 roses, which is ridiculously overpriced just because it's Valentine's Day. Then, I tried asking about the price of other red flowers and requested two large packs of stems. Even though they had hundreds, the owner told me, "Sorry, I can not sell you those." She was very rude and even chuckled when I asked to buy other flowers, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. No wonder people go to Trader Joe's for flowers on Valentine's Day! The flowers were already dying, there were cut marks shown on what should have been a complete group of flowers and a lot of the flowers were already on their way out. I stopped in to order a plant for a friend's funeral after reviewing the website. They showed me one they were working on and said this on us $150 plus delivery fee. We will add some fresh flowers as well that can be removed when they fade. It was a flimsy basket nothing like what the website showed for much less money. I didnt have any time to shop around as it was the morning prior to the funeral. My mother had been in the hospital us the reason I was getting to this last minute. Once I saw what was sent and the daisys they put in as fresh flowers I was more than disappointed. I paid just shy if $200.00 for this basket of a few plants and some daisies. I came here on a whim on Valentine's Day and was always hesitant because I didn't know what to expect but wow. I bought myself Valentine's Day flowers and told them I love orange roses and to do whatever they feel working around that. I was not disappointed!!!!!! My mom who is retired ordered a custom bouquet to be delivered to my sisters job on her birthday. This was March and it is now end of May, I have called several times to let them know I have not received a refund and each time im told they'll call me back. I was so disappointed when the Mothers Day bouquet arrived. The single lily stem was wilted and had lost half of its brownish-pink petals and the rest of the bouquet was mostly sad, green (what is this, St. Patrick's Day???) carnations. It looked nothing like anything on its website and nothing like the vibrant bouquets I had received the two previous years from this florist. I let them know on Friday when it arrived and they said they'd "look into it." I never heard back And it's four days late.
