Went to this flower shop last minute to get a really quick small bouquet for a friend, the young lady put the bouquet together in less than five minutes. Kind of pricey, but hey that's what happens when you wait till the last minute to get something. I got three red roses with a little green garnish (it's probably not even called garnish ) wrapped up. It was like five dollars a rose, wrapping was three dollars, and then I'm not too certain how much the garnish was but my total came up to $28 tip included. It was a very cute flower shop. It reminded me more of a boutique. Parking was minimal.

We showed Victoria a photo of what we were looking for, and requested to add peonies. What we got was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Picked up the next morning with fresh stocks of flowers. Placed in a lovely carrier which makes holding the bouquet much easier without compromising the presentation of the bouquet. Happy to receive many compliments for the bouquet! I love this floral shop! I originally stumbled upon this place when they first opened shop and I made a mental note to come back here sometime. I cannot say enough about this florist!! I discovered TSF on Instagram when I saw a beautiful arch that they made for an event. Went to her page & fell in love with the arrangements so I just had to have them for my wedding. She did EXACTLY what we wanted! She knew I really wanted a peony or two in my bridal bouquet(yes in November lol) & she made it happen. The groomsmen loved their boutonnières! Seriously she's got a very creative eye. She even repurposed our ceremony flowers for the reception & hung up our neon light sign. We are so grateful for her & her team for making our day special. I highly recommend!!! read more

I ordered a bride's bouquet, maid of honor's bouquet, boutonnière, corsage and a flower crown. I told them the wedding is on saturday morning so they said to pick up on friday night so that the flowers will still be fresh. I picked up and the flowers they were not fresh at all. The stems were broken, petals were falling.. worst of all, flower crown for $45 and they just gave me wilted eucalyptus. The flowers were different than the pictures. Bad experience. read more

This shop is so earthy and cute!!! Victoria is SO sweet! So many varieties and it smells amazing in there. Long time looker with this company but I finally went to grab some flowers for my mom and aunt. I am allergic and I informed the store ahead of time. Victoria met me outside and we discussed what I was looking for, colors, budget and so on. With a very fast walk inside she quickly showed me what flowers she would use in each of the bouquets. She was worried about my well being and hurried me out where we finished the visit. She took down my number and said that when she was done that she would text me the photo of the bouquets. I could not love them more. They were so beautiful and Victoria is the sweetest person I know. I wish I could have them in my home but I am happy my mom and aunt are enjoying them. read more

Walk the yard, walk the greenhouses, walk across the street where there are bigger plants, bring a sun hat, bring boots or shoes that can get muddy, and have at it! You will undoubtedly load up your cart with many wonderful and luscious plants that are seriously, 1/4 the price of Home Depot and H& H nursery. You will seriously love this place. A business that is not self-evident as a nursery, I drove right past Heavenly Vintage Nursery. The fence did have lovely flowering vines and there were drought tolerant plants along the street, I was looking for a nursery and didn't connect my expectation to the actual business. It's more vintage than nursery. They have gobs of old things and old things holding plants. In all honesty, I was shocked at the limited plant offerings, they had a reasonable grouping of small succulents but I don't recall seeing normal nursery options. Rather scant selection of flowering plants and shrubs my mother in law picked up a wee succulent and the price was reasonable. A few items had prices. It was like a garage sale in that you had to ask about each item individually. I felt somewhat panicked at the chaotic layout and setting. I had a strong urge to leave. The reason why - and I have to point this out because the store is named Rooted - is most of the neon pothos did not look too healthy aside from one plant in a 6" pot (larger than what I was looking for). In fact, many of the plants were rather middling, with soil looking dry when most inventory are tropical houseplants. Was it the heat at the time I visited or negligence? I'm not sure, but even with seemingly fair prices as plant shops go (4" philodendron Brazil was $12), it's harder to buy a plant that looks sickly. In addition to plants, Rooted also carries housewares and refills for shampoo, body wash, etc. I can't speak to the prices because I have a similar store within walking distance that I typically bring my dispensers to.

She said she was "just trying to make sure it was right," but it felt unnecessary and a bit uncomfortable. It might make more sense for staff to weigh items themselves to avoid situations like this. Overall, it's a pleasant store, but the inconsistent availability and that checkout experience make me unsure if I'll return.

The photo I attached is NOT from Scarlet Flowers but from Minted Rose Box which was my former florist but now retired who always created the most beautiful arrangements at a very good price. I asked for something like this with lots of pink and dark pinks. I wished I had taken a photo of the other arrangement, I regret that I didn't. But, my sister was not happy with it. And for the price, it was definitely not what I was hoping for. Then realizing later, it didn't look NOWHERE near what the photo looks like. My sister told me to get my money back. The other wrapped bouquet was worse than the box. Not only was it very small, but it looked nothing like the arrangement that is advertised on their website. It looked sparse and the color palette was nothing compared to the lavendar constellation. It was my mistake for coming here. I wanted to find a go to florist that can mimic the arrangement I wanted. It wasn't even close, not even a little. I am still very upset that the company was only offering a 20% discount on my next purchase.
