The shop is clean, she is polite and makes you feel comfortable so the pain is tolerable. I booked my second appointment with Nush and was very sad to find out about their policy with rescheduling. I had an emergency with work and called same day to be rescheduled, the receptionist told me my only option was to make it within the 5 minute grace period or be considered a no show and get charged full amount. I honestly wish they had a policy of doing credit and being more understanding of people's situations. Unfortunately Nush is the best I will not be going back due to lack of understanding customer's situations.

Which lasted me a week, during the second visit the lady had me waiting approximately 15min with the serum and another 10 min for the compress, she left me unattended for quite some time, and over did the amount of lash glue needed. This is now my 3rd visit to take them off and I'm back with the lady who did my lashes the first time, she was not able to successfully take off the lashes and as she tried to comb out the glue, she began ripping off my actual lash, due to the excessive amount of glue, she had instructed me to go home and apply oil and remove the rest off on my own.
